Michael the server wasn't very attentive at all. Baked potato never came and had to ask late in the meal and had to take it home. Had to ask for refills more than once. Told him we were here for mom's 80th birthday and nobody came to sing. Bummer......

Been coming here for years. Love the food! Always busy but that's because everybody loves to come back. I've had multiple dinners/appetizers on their menu and it always tastes great! You might have to be on their wait list but it's WORTH THE WAIT! Last but not least my server... Lia? THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD! I highly suggest if you come here you ask for her section if she is working. She is worth the wait!
1st time coming to this location & blown away by the experience. The best location I have ever attended. They greeted us when we came in. The service was spectacular & the restaurant was so clean. The food was delicious. Especially those ribs. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. I'll probably make the extra drive to this location. What an excellent experience.

Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Joliet location. We stopped there after taking my grandmother to the casino and she didn’t have her wheelchair. She walks but very slowly. The staff was super kind and made sure she had a walkway and opened all the doors for her. They didn’t rush her or make her feel bad for taking a while! They cared and were so helpful! Great food and great staff! Thank you!

Food was amazing but waitress took forever to take our order. And when we finally got to order she seem like she was in a hurry. She brought our food and didn’t even see her the rest of the night. Had to ask the busboy that was cleaning the table behind us if he can bring us a box. He was nice though.
