Old school creamery. Love the vibe. The young folk/teenagers serving the ice cream are very well trained. Respectful, kind, and helpful. I was worried the rocky road had gelatin (which it did), and they found the answer. Definitely recommend going and supporting the establishment as it's very mom and pop. Unfortunately, the last time I went, the iconic top scoop, for some reason, wasn't there. Hopefully, they're not reducing portion size. Other than that, it would...
We have been going to Walt's for 25 years now. Absolutely love the ice cream and all the different flavors. We don't live in the area anymore but make time once or twice a year to make the trip. So worth it!!!
