We were seated quickly and had a booth s requested. Waited a little while for a server. I initially just ordered a water. They simply bring a carafe to table and did not pour water. I ordered a drink. It took almost 30 minutes to receive the drink. We were done with the bread and salads by the time the drink came. The steak was tough and grisly. It was cooked correctly but it was not hot. It seemed like it had been done for a while and sat. For the prices this was disappointing. I had noted on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and it was not mentioned or acknowledged.

I came to use my reward points for my birthday dinner. I surprised to find out the trio special was not a part of this reward. I guess always read the fine print. We ordered the shrimp scampi. The shrimp a bit over cooked but the fettuccine was tasty. I am sorry to say our server was not attentive and we had to have someone flag her down 3x. To me customer service is key to the tip amount. Regardless of how busy she may be, I believe we were forgotten. The atmosphere is pleasant and overall I'll give a 3.5 star rating.

I reserved the private room for a surprise birthday dinner. Debbie & Lisa were especially accommodating when planning and the surprise was a huge success :) I was able to use the TV in the room to show a video I had put together as an additional surprise! We were taken care of as soon as we arrived & served at a great pace. The food was absolutely delicious!! This 30th wouldn’t have been such a success without The Reserve and their staff. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning! :)

We have eaten at The Reserve many times and they do not disappoint. Our go to is the filet which is outstanding, so tender and delicious. While the sundried risotto is offered as an entree, it made a wonderful side dish that everyone at the table shared and enjoyed. Lori is a wonderful server and keeps the pace of the courses on a relaxed but timely schedule. Her excellent service and friendly personality greatly enhances the dining experience. We will return.

Overall, a delightful experience. Stacey was our server the entire night and she did a fantastic job, with all of her recommendations on point.
The food was extremely flavorful. We started with the French Onion Soup and the Wedge Salad. The only qualm I had with these too is that I wish the soup had more onion in it. It was a lot of broth. Nonetheless, it was full of flavor.
Both of our entrees were impeccable. Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare and the lobster ravioli was to die for. They even gave us a free dessert for celebrating our marriage.
In a comfortable corner of a casino, we found delight in the service and comfort provided by The Reserve. Well done!
