Samantha was absolutely phenomenal, extremely personable, not overwhelming & truly a peach! Our family of 5 celebrated my parents anniversary & she exceeded all expectations. My twin sons shared a tomahawk & I swear it was as smooth as butter, absolutely delicious! The mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, lobster ravioli w/scallops & lobster soup (yes I sampled everything lol) were all cooked PERFECTLY!! Wonderful experience ?

Had a bit of a wait for the waitress to appear after we got seated, but after that she was very attentive. Restaurant was quiet which we both like and prefer. The tempura shrimp appetizer was outstanding. The Caeser salad could have been more than small pieces of romaine covered in Caeser's dressing. My filet was very tender but cooked more than medium rare. Husband's sirloin could have been a bit more tender. Sides were fine but overpriced. One side should come with the very expensive main protein. Had cabernet with dinner which was excellent. No room for dessert.

I ate at the Reserve last Sunday night with a group of friends and we were very happy with our experience. The food was good, but our server (Sarah) was the reason that I am giving my review 5 stars. The restaurant was pretty busy and the staff as a whole seemed stretched. However, Sarah was very friendly and attentive to our needs and even though it was busy, we didn’t feel like our service was compromised. If you do go to The Reserve, you should ask for Sarah, as we’ll do). She was so friendly, nice and professional and made our visit extra special.

Excellent service from check-in to the end of our meal. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and wanted to take our time and enjoy our meal. There was absolutely no rush from cocktails to a surprise celebratory dessert. The wait staff was engaging and the service was excellent. The Chef even came out to wish us a happy anniversary. A most enjoyable evening and one to remember.

Was an ok visit but the prices were way beyond the food, the ribeye steak I had was good but wasn't great especially compared to cost, I added mashed potatoes to my dinner because everything is served alacart, $10.00 for a bowl of mashed potatoes? Really???? We also had a chicken meal and it wasnt worth the price either, the entire meal was over $140.00, I think I'll stick with texas roadhouse for steaks when I eat out, $35.00 dinner for better tasting steak along with 2 sides beats spending close to $100. I won't be back.

I've dined at The Reserve at Harrah's in Joliet, IL for as many years as they've been there, and have NEVER been disappointed. The entire crew of chefs, waitstaff, bussers, and hosts has always been extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. And, let's not forget the food itself. This night, I enjoyed an 8oz filet steak prepared EXACTLY as I ordered it, including a heavy char on the outside, along with some garlic butter melted on top of it.....along with a perfectly prepared whole sweet potato.......absolutely delicious.

I ordered off the prix fixe menu, a shrimp skewer and a 6 oz filet for $45. I was surprised that the shrimp skewer had only 1 shrimp. I ordered the filet medium, but it came overcooked and dried out. I didn't finish it. I have eaten here numerous times and their steaks are usually excellent. Next time I'll just order off the regular menu.

Anniversary dinner. Took them 30 minutes to locate a partial comp from host. Not to busy . Started off with cab cakes, they were fishy and under cooked not even warm. Ordered 2 prime rib dinners 1 medium 1 well done and a side order of $12 crispy Brussels sprouts. Presentation a little sloppy for an upscale restaurant. Brussel sprouts arrived 10 minutes after entree. Could not cut or chew the prime rib.very tough. Brussel sprouts seemed reheated from previous days. They were not tender or crispy.Cheesecake for dessert. Seemed like it may have been precut days earlier since it was dried out on top and the berries were dried out as well. When asked if we wanted leftovers wrapped we decliend. The server could see we didn't eat much of the dinner. We did eat the cheesecake since we were hungry. Really disappointed. It ruined my Anniversary. I've eaten here many times before, expected more for $150. Since they are closed Monday thru Wednesday. Your probably getting old food, I wouldn't go on a Thursday again

Had a 100 comp for reaching a Caesars status. Thankfully we had that. Had a 95.00 lobster tail that was pretty small for that price and undercooked. Butter had a caramel taste to it. Steak was not quality. Tasted like old meat. Cooked well but tasted old. Service was good but overall pretty bad for the prices. Will most likely never go here (restaurant) again. Wedge salad and asparagus were good btw. Pics look good but not the food. For the price, best option is a good steakhouse, Ruth's Chris, Mortons etc. Even Bonefish Grill is better.

Our food was delicious as always. The only thing that was a disappointment was that the charge for a baked potato is $10.00. I do not think I will order that again. I had the ribeye steak wish was cooked to perfection. I had the key lime pie for dessert - a must have the next time I go.

The food at Reserve is delicious. Every staff is friendly: the hostage girls who checked us in, our wait staff and the busboy. It was my birthday and I appreciated the free dessert.

The food was pretty good. The cheese burger I got was very tasty. Drinks were also great.

My first time eating here, and I feel it's way overpriced for the quality of food. This place is pricey compared to other steakhouses inside casinos. We started with the crab cakes for appetizers, which were good. I had the lobster tail which is at market price. I have a dairy allergy so I asked for no butter on anything. My tail was served with 2 steamed carrots and that's it. My tail was overcooked, it was rubbery and hard to cut. And it was very bland. Zero seasoning on the tail and carrots. No salt, nothing! Probably the worst lobster tail I had. Paying $80 for something that was not edible is disappointing. My husband had the sea bass. I tried some and it was ok. Seemed like to me a frozen fillet not fresh. He said he wasn't thrilled about his meal. The crispy Brussels sprouts as a side was good. Our server was great, the hostess is wonderful. But would I eat here again..probably not. Way too expensive for the quality.
