Was a very good dinner, wait staff and support staff were very attentive. Complete 180 from our last experience and would encourage folks to try their Lenten Fish specials. Last evening was fried haddock and potatoes.

The Prime Rib was excellent! My date had the NY Strip. It was also excellent!

It's a great experience all around! It's a nice upscale restaurant that you don't have to wear a suit to. We got steaks and they melt in your mouth. We used butter knifes to cut them with no problem. It's a must check out place if you in the area and want something you won't forget.

The staff is very attentive from the hostess to the servers. The food is refined and served elegantly. Lovely place to get away from the Casino for a while and enjoy some quiet and pampering along with genuinely good menu.

Having an allergy is hard when we dine out and let me tell you, the chef made sure everything I had was safe and still up to his standards. He was amazing, the server was great about it, and the food was perfect!

this visit we only ate salads and appetizers but all the food was very tasty. our server Mariah was wonderful as always. I still am hoping for the oyster rockefellar- which they had as a special several weeks ago which were so good

Food and drinks are consistently good. Filet mignon is well seasoned and everything else my husband has tried have been delicious as well.

The manager was very rude to her employees , and it made me uncomfortable. It's not custom to do this in front of guests, but I guess those are the values that are being shown.... how unfortunate. For now, I will be staying away from the reserve management like this hurts the company more than it helps.

We took my son and daughter in law for dinner. We all had great food - from the crab cake appetizer, lobster bisque soup. We had the chicken, salmon, pork chop and rib eye steak. Everything was delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Food was ok, nothing special. I did have a hair on my steak that the server did take back and bring me a brand new steak and the manager still took my meal off the bill which was nice. Drinks were very mediocre

Wonderful restaurant & food! The place was inside of a casino so we had our doubts, but we were already off to a great start when our waitress, Laurie, took our order. She was stellar. We had the shrimp cocktail (great shrimp, weird cocktail sauce) and the scallops (a little cold on the inside but the flavor was great). The cocktails were great as well! Had the Lychee cocktail & a Spicy Marg. Moved onto entrees and the lobster ravioli won by FAR. Must order. The filet was also good! But the lobster stole the show. As for the dessert, the crème brûlée shocked us with how great it was. Was not expecting it! Loved this place and had a great espresso martini to end the night.

I waited a whole year to use my award dinner for $100 and my NY steak came out dry, charred black and very well done. It was so well done that it was like eating a piece of dry leather. The waitress suggested medium well and it came out very well done, difficult to chew and swallow. I told the head chef Anthony about it the next day. I was very disappointed. If the main entree is ruined, all the rest doesn't matter. You can't really mess up asparagus, mushrooms and baked potato. I was the second person seated at 4pm, so the chefs had plenty of time to watch the grill to not overcook and serve a quality item in a fancy steakhouse. They must not have gone to a good culinary school. This is not a job flipping burgers. You are serving high priced items in a fine dining setting. The entrees you present should be outstanding, not disappointing. Since there were only 2 people seated, those first plates of food should have been top notch. I told the waitress I didn't want well done before she placed my order, and when she brought it and set it down, I told her it looked very well done. At the end of the meal she said we could have sent it back, but she didn't say that when she served it. I told her how disappointed I was about the meat throughout the meal. She's a tall elder white lady with glasses and I left her a $15 tip, but she wasn't helpful at all. I told her my friend would like the potato topping platter and she just looked at me and didn't bring it. You ought to take people's complaints and discuss them with your staff so things improve. I don't have a host, but I feel my annual dinner was a waste of $100.

I stopped at the reception desk around 4pm to ensure we had a booth reserved for our dinner. While I was waiting for my turn with the hostess, I observed the woman behind the reception desk and how she interacted with those ahead of me. To say the least, she was rude and condescending. When I was able to speak with her she acted as if I was bothering her since it was already requested. When we arrived for our reservation time I noticed there was someone else behind the reception desk and not the woman I interacted with two hours earlier. The current hostess told me that she thought the woman earlier was the restaurant manager. When we were seated our server was talking to us and I saw the woman I saw two hours earlier at the reception desk. I asked our server if the woman was the manager and she replied yes. I asked what the woman's name was and she told me her name is Lisa. Laurie our server asked if there was a problem, and I gave her a short synopsis of what I witnessed earlier. About 10 minutes later a woman by the name of Debbie came to our table and inquired about what I had told Laurie our server. This is where it became disturbing. While speaking with Debbie I saw slightly to my right and halfway across the dining room I saw Laurie our server talking with Lisa and a few times gesturing in our direction was done by both. I can understand what I said being forwarded to Debbie, but to point us out to the person we were complaining about is completely unacceptable. It made us feel as though we had done something wrong and improper, and the restaurant staff was aligning themselves against our attempts to bring what we saw to the management team. In all the years we've been going to Harrahs I've never seen or heard anything like this. This incident is a definite eye opening experience and has us questioning any further association with the Reserve and Harrahs.

I love this place. We try to eat there every time we visit. Every waitress is excellent servers and friendly and helpful. The staff that cleans up when someone leaves are quick to reset the tables. The people who greet us and seat us are friendly and accommodating. Keep up the good work.
