I love tropical smoothie but specifically this location made my smoothie twice and it tasted horrible. I told the employee if he was able to replace it because it tasted like pure ginger nothing else and eventually he did after making me feel like I was wrong and it didn’t taste bad… and the second one I got tasted like pure water. I’m disappointed in this location I’m sure it was the employee who made it fault but I always buy the smoothie and never has it tasted bad. They are not that cheap to just throw them away.

Charmi & Maulik are always so attentive! I always call ahead to place an order but this time they were so busy I couldn’t get through. When I arrived Maulik apologized for not picking up my call & had my number & order memorized! I really appreciated that even though I wasn’t even upset about the call that he went out of his way to reassure me. I love when an establishment remembers their customers! I come here multiple times a week & i’m always in & out! Best smoothies & customer service!

I always order the Detox Island Green for the low to no added sugar and green veggies and it's very delicious. Ordered the Lil Lime erry smoothie for a friend in case she didn't like smoothies. She loved it. I plan on trying some other flavored smoothies real soon.

Wow, I just want to say WONDERFUL customer service. I walked in 130pm 9/12 & was greeted by employees working. Ordered my husbands usual chicken bacon ranch flatbread with a peanut paradise. I normally get the chicken pesto flatbread but this time I went off and tried the Thai chicken salad. SO GOOD! I also get the peanut paradise and it’s the best. The nice man that was there.. wish I got his name but he took the time to ask how my day has been going, was so enthusiastic to taking my order it was very refreshing. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Keep it up guys!!
The associates were simply amazing. They both were very friendly and patient, I couldn’t read the screen, so they offered me the handheld menu. I just wanted to say that Grace and Hailey were nothing short of awesome. I will definitely be back!

My daughter chose this restaurant as her favorite so we chose them to cater food for us for her graduation party, which was held outside at a park. It was great! They personally delivered our food in boxes with ice, so they stayed cold for hours. We had an assortment of sandwiches, chips and smoothies. Simple but delicious. As it was hot that day, the smoothies were a big hit. They were the first thing we ran out of; but we had plenty. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended :)

I door dashed from here and ask for certain ingredients to not be put on my açaí bowl simply because I’m allergic!! Yet it was still everything I asked not to be on my brown on my bowl! I’m highly irritated and my experience ordering here was terrible I will never get from here again!!!
