I come to this TSC all the time and I feel like my experience is always good. In the past there was one male employee who is was not very friendly. But other than him everyone else is very friendly. There are three employees here that are my favorite...I dont know their names but whenever I see them I always excited to go in. I am allergic to alot of things so I have to get everything modified and some restaurants and establishments are rude to me based upon but it's not my fault take it up with God. Anyway lol, I have to get only a chocolate and yogurt smoothie and with my smoothie bowl it can only be yogurt granola and peanut. Each time these three employees make it for me with no problem no questions ask and they always do it soo friendly. The one guy who makes my smoothie; always hands me a cup of ice because he knows I need it and he does it with a smile eveyrtime. The girl and the guy who make my smoothie bowls always fills them up for me since I dont get anything else on them. I appreciate these three soo much and it makes me want to come back. There was even another time when I was in there and this lady came in and got two cups of ice (they literally have the best ice) and the guy gave them to her with no problem. I cant speak for the rest of the team but soo far my experiences have been great! I hope it stays this way!

Both me and my friend went in this morning after online ordering, we gave them grace time to make our smoothies all together it was a total of three. Our smoothies sat on the counter behind the register for about 25 minutes before we finally said something, the workers were taking orders while they had other orders to give out. Our three smoothies sat on the counter and got watery. That’s not right and they didn’t even apologize. Didn’t receive order until 8:23 am.
