Eveytime I order from here I get the food and im missing half my order or its just plain gross. They always take forever to get the lines through. Inside is gross food on the floor.

I called to tell manager that my sandwich was made wrong I didn’t get a receipt. She was willing to fix my sandwich and give me a fry. I told her I got a chilli but that’s was fine. Can I just get my nuggets because they were cold. On top of not getting a receipt I didn’t get my bbq sauce. Then she said she will do it this time but can’t next time cause I don’t have a receipt. Well that ur cashiers fault she didn’t give it to me. Then I said I’m good ion want my food fixed I want them to know the cashier sucks and she does too!!! This Wendy is just a bunch of problems..

Worst wendys I've ever been too. Its 8:44 pm when im writing this, and the dinner is closed even though theres saying they're open until 10pm. If you are going to close the dinner before 10 you should definitely remove the sign, its basically false advertisement.

A lot of the new workers are very fun and nice people, you can sometimes wait awhile for orders but only because of rushes, most food comes out fresh always, Oyuki was very nice taking my order 😊

The app allowed me to place an order 30 minutes before close and when I arrived they would not let me pick up my order. A rude woman over the counter claimed they were close when the app and online clearly stated they were open. I did not appreciate this service.

The girl taking the order this morning was using a very rude tone and acted like she did not want to take the order and more like hurry up!! The breakfast I ordered was ALL cold and and the buns were literally burned black.
Absolutely horrible service. Placed a delivery order through the app and they handed the order to wrong delivery person. After waiting for more than a hour, they canceled the order.
