That old Hispanic lady would not give me my food despite me trying to show her my uber eats as proof that the Dave’s triple + large strawberry lemonade she set aside (with my name on it) was in fact mine. Why? because I was on foot and not in a car (my tractor trailer was parked near planet fitness).
I ended up canceling the order instead🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️. If you are reading this, just got to McDonald’s or Steak ‘n Shake. What a wasted.

If I could give a zero star review I would. The manager this morning around 10:30am needs to be retrained or replaced. I was waiting on a door dash order at 10:25 with little assistance or communication. 10 minutes later she yells from around the corner we can't make that sorry it's too late very rudely as if it wasn't a big deal. Meanwhile as I wait she's talking about taking people to strip clubs and she does a certain employee turn 18 so she can take them to a strip club smh. Definitely need to do better.

Worst mistake i made all day, went thru the drive thru, ordered what I thought was a simple order 2 classic chicken sandwiches with mayo and tomatoes fresh out of the fryer(i don't mind waiting the extra time) I pulled up to the window she hands me the food and told me it was fresh, I live less than a mile from there, I get home both sandwiches have pickles, tomatoes, lettuce and the chicken was cold and chewy. I look at my recipe it's got someone else's order on it, im never going back over there for anything.

Staff here needs to go, including management. You’re always greeted with an attitude and my order is never right. I can be the only person in the drive thru and they’ll still find a way to mess my order up.
This has got to be one of the worst ran fast food restaurants I’ve EVER come across and I promise that is not an exaggeration.

came here for the breakfast on 7/6/25 at 0915 am. didn't leave till nearly 0940. waiting for food at drive through. only to find that the coffee machine was broken. and the sandwiches were never given to us. we got them a a couple minutes later however the French toast was missing syrup. I was informed by staff when I came back around driverthrogh they are out of syrup.... why are you selling French toast sticks without syrup? I asked for refund which I got but the manager was not happy. didn't want me getting receipt back . only gave me refund for coffee and French toast sticks, then my wife and I get down the road and find the sandwiches were missing cheese as well ... never coming back. there's a reason it's a 3 star Wendy's. half hour fast food nightmare.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your drive-thru recently. My experience was frustrating and unacceptable for several reasons.
Firstly, the drive-thru attendant was inattentive and did not pay attention to my order. I ended up receiving items I did not order, including a chicken sandwich and a bacon egg croissant, while the sandwich I did order—a sausage egg croissant—was missing. When I asked the cashier to read my order back to me, she rudely handed me my receipt instead of confirming the order verbally.
Upon realizing that my order was incorrect, I requested a refund. To my surprise the manager refused and told me to come back the next day to speak with another manager, because she was unable to, which I thought was strange because she was a manager as well. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and did not reflect the standards I expect from a managerial position.
I am very disappointed with the service I received and the lack of attention to customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements will be made to prevent such incidents in the future.

Went to the drive-thru for a late night snack with the family the only thing we couldn't get was a Frosty. But they have some of the best late night food. Fry's, chili, tenders, all finger food. And delicious!!!

I won't be coming back to this location. I pulled up to the drive through and after sitting behind a another car for about Five minutes they car left. I pulled up to give my order and it took five minutes for someone to answer. When they did finally answer they were talking super quiet and told me I was not talking loud enough. After struggling To place my order, they had me pull around to the window only to inform me they were taking cash only... It was also a little strange to have four people just standing around the drive through window talking.

Dirty and they overcharge for everything. Wanted to charge me extra for butter and sour cream for my "sour cream and chive potato" which is included at every other Wendy's that I've ever been to. 👎
