Not gonna lie, this was a letdown. Food looks nothing like the pictures. Burger patties were thin as hell and had no flavor.
Fries were pale and tasted like they forgot the salt. Just not good, wouldn’t come back.

This place is very clean the lady's in the morning are the greatest people.. the have great customer service when I come in they're always welcoming they're always very decorative for holidays me and my kids love to eat here all the time food is always fresh and hot

This location would not honor the White Castle anniversary sale. Once you activate the promotion in the app, you only have 15 minutes to redeem it in store, then it disappears forever. The employee here told me they're not participating in that promotion. I was unable to make it to another location before the code expired. I reported the store and employee to the corporate office who said they would reset the discount in the app but that didn't happen either. This isn't a franchise. You don't get to pick and choose what official White Castle sales you allow.

I feel the need to write this review, and I apologize in advance to anyone who reads it. The first time I visited this location, the customer service was terrible, although the food made up for it. The second time I went, it was around midnight, and I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. When I got home, I realized my order was wrong—they forgot the cheese on the sandwich.
That makes two negative experiences at this location, and I’m honestly disappointed. I love White Castle, but this location really needs better employees. If the customer service and attention to orders don’t improve, this location could suffer because of the staff.
Again, I apologize for the negative review, but I just wish I had received better customer service and a correctly made sandwich.
Employees are always super nice. They are as fast as they can be - as far as Fast Food goes. Always a great experience. 😉👍

This is one of the better White Castle locations we have left around here Services quick in and out of the drive-thru friendly staff only gripe is wish the slider was little fresher meaning that it was steamy inside you like it just come off the grill that's the only way to eat a slider in my honest opinion and doing it for over 50 years

Since when did White Castle implement designated time where they accept coupons? I just left this location at 5:07 AM. I went through the drive-through and I let the cashier know that I wanted to redeem one of my coupons. Their response was I am sorry we are not taking coupons at this time. If White House is going to implement a designated time that they’re not going to accept coupons this is something that they should let the public know. I wasted my time going there.
