Since when did White Castle implement designated time where they accept coupons? I just left this location at 5:07 AM. I went through the drive-through and I let the cashier know that I wanted to redeem one of my coupons. Their response was I am sorry we are not taking coupons at this time. If White House is going to implement a designated time that they’re not going to accept coupons this is something that they should let the public know. I wasted my time going there.

It is what it is, White Castle. Thought the quality was better before they remodeled thb. Hamburgers were fresh and hot, not just warm. The service is horrible. Don't know what it is. If you walk in you can be the only one to order. But, they still take every care of every car in the Drive thru 1st, before you. What happened to hospitality? The customer is a guest and should get priority or, served in a timely fashion. Maybe it's a Joliet thing i don't get it.
SERVICE IS ALWAYS CRAPPY. No matter what time you come😡! No tartar sauce as well as No seafood sauce for Fish Nibblers! I have an order of fish and No sauce cause this location is out of the sauce! JOLIET LOCATION ALWAYS HAS ISSUES! Who’s managing there! STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO CARE FOR GUESTS! I also did not recieve the fish Nibblers
