So disappointed in the lack of customer service. We had been looking forward to visiting for weeks and upon arrival we let the front hostess know we had 4 and a stroller, she repeated it back to us and told us which room to go to. The hostesses beyond were SO rude about the stroller and informed us they were not allowed, one told us there was a “giant sign as we’re walking in” which neither of us noticed until we went back and looked since we were just concentrated on going...read full review
