Again im posting about this particular wingstop and their poor customer service. Again I go in and poorly greeted. Employees cussing and talking about hood nonsense. The cashier at the front rolled her eyes when I told her that the bag needed extra sauce as my order for pick specifically asked for.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Waited 40 minutes for 12 wings and an order of fries when there was less than 6 customers in the building. Workers not moving just staring at us. Will never be coming back here. Very disappointed . One of our favorites places to eat

ROACHESSSS!!!! I ORDERED DOORDASH AND THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE BAG AND CUPHOLDER THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN BEFORE THEY CAUSE INFESTATIONS IN HOMES!!!!

Ordered on the app, showed up 10 minutes after the quoted time and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I sat inside waiting for my order with probably 4 or 5 other people waiting for their orders and everyone in the kitchen thought they were in high school music and were singing and dancing instead of making our food… I’m all for a good work environment but that was a lot. I’m hungry and this is wing stop not teen beach movie 😭

I’ve been to this location twice within two weeks. I waited 35 minutes for a regular fry, and when I finally got them it was cold. I got a refund! The second time I waited 40 minutes for my order. My order was not done to my liking. I will not be returning back to this location.

I stopped by the Wingstop in Joliet recently, and while the service was quick and friendly, the food itself didn’t quite hit the mark. The fries were disappointing—soggy, underseasoned, and lacking that crisp texture you’d expect from a place known for wings and sides. The chicken wings, which should be the star of the show, came out lukewarm rather than hot and fresh, which took away from both the flavor and the overall experience.
For the price point, I was expecting better quality and consistency. Wingstop isn’t the cheapest option for casual wings and fries, so value for money is definitely something to consider. A few changes could really make a difference: ensuring fries are cooked to a crisp golden finish, serving wings hot out of the fryer, and double-checking orders before sending them out to customers.
While it wasn’t a terrible meal, it also wasn’t one that would make me rush back. With some attention to execution in the kitchen, this Wingstop location could easily raise its game.

I will not advise or encourage NOBODY to get wings from here. These people love using old grease, lazy as hell don’t want to change out the grease when not only have worked fast food before but also using common sense that changing grease is MANDATORY. Which these people don’t believe in, because what they fail to realize is that causes a nasty dust/sand type of texture from all the chicken being fried to attach to the new chicken, that’s if they even dropping the wings fresh like i requested or just recycling wings they just had sitting on stand by. I personally, can't speak for everyone else but I have a sensitive system and i eat chicken all the time! So much in fact I will know if I ingested/digested terrible batch of wings. I go to the wingstop in shorewood frequently and never do I experience acid reflex and stomach pains. I will never spend another dime at this location til they find a new staff that takes pride in serving people quality eats. Freshly made & cook to order!. This is the 2nd time this happened and i’m convinced whoever is running the show there doesn’t believe in quality customer service nor quality cooking & etiquette. Digusted. Soft, greasy, badder piled boneless wings with some bad fries!
