Today I placed an order for wings at this branch. I was attended to by Isabelle. When they delivered my order everything was wrong. I went back to complain and this girl Isabelle was very rude checking my order and throwing things at me she turned around and left me talking to myself. The manager came over to see what was happening and he was respectful and resolved the problem. It should be noted that the wings were tossed in different sauces.

Worst bone in wings I've had in my entire life. I'm almost positive they only spent about half the amount of time in the oven they were supposed to. Not even close to fully cooked. 2 1/2 wings in and I had to run to the bathroom to puke. $30 and everything in my stomach down the drain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS

It’s 10:30 at night. Soda machine is completely out of any non sugar free drinks. Staff is standing around talking. Watched the cashier go look at the machine but did not even try to change out the soda bags. Worst wing stop ever! Go to Romeoville instead!

Tried a chicken sandwich. It's clearly a great value bun, and the chicken is like a school lunch patty; thin/odd texture, nothing like what is advertised. Not only that, but the bone-in wings were all broken, which is definitely something I've never experienced, I didn't understand that. Not sure why this place is so popular? Especially with these prices, you gotta be outta your minds. . .

Wings were not cooked extra well done. One was still raw. They weren’t even tossed in sauce. Sauce was poured over when they were placed in container. The Cajun seasoning was just on one wing. Garlic parm wings just had sauce on paper and nothing on them.
Fries were cold and just crumbs no actual fries.

This place is trash. Don’t order from here, they won’t give you the food. They’ll keep the money and state they can’t do anything about it.
Management is terrible. Took 15 minutes just for them to add fries to my bag after I came in for an online order. In total it took about 35 minutes when they said it would be 16-21 minutes. The lady was rude and very slow as if she didn't have a care in the world for all the orders they had. No sense of urgency. I asked for EXTRA seasoning on my fries and they basically added a sprinkle of fairy dust for all I'm concerned. This place's fries are just very disappointing (half of them being crunchy potatoes crumbs and they can never seem to understand how to season them. *Cough cough* Wings are still good though can't really go wrong.

Visiting from out of town and ordered online from here. They forgot part of a meal from our order and the fries were soggy and cold. When we called to get our money back for the food that THEY forgot they told us to come back and pick it up or we can go back to their location a different time with a gift certificate. Obviously coming from out of town this doesn’t do us any good. Horrible food, horrible customer service.

i went here a few weeks ago and the food outrageous. I waited 30 minutes for a 8 piece meal after i was told 15 minutes. Mind you i order this ahead of time on the phone. When i received my food my flats were bigger than my head. The chicken had a very weird taste. I asked my brother to try it and he said it tasted very artificial. The fries were just okay but a little undercooked. Eating this made me feel uncomfortable, not coming back in LONG LONG TIME probably never.
