This is THE best DQ in the Kankakee area in my opinion. The one on Wall St is a nightmare everytime. So I go to this one on maple st now. Have have perfect service every single time I’m glad we still got one great DQ left. Thank you to all whom work here you guys are awesome.

Cherry Misty is my favorite sweet treat from Dairy Queen! Summertime is here and this is usually my go to sweet tooth ! Staff was friendly and kind. Nice out door seating too.

Ordered 2 blizzards. Two different flavors. Was handed 1... then they forgot which one they handed me. So they gave me the 2nd one and by the time I got home it was the same flavor as the first one. I assumed they knew what they were doing but guess not.

We ordered an ice cream cake from this location over a month ago to be picked up today. We called in the order and gave them all the necessary information. When we got there today, they had "lost our slip" and did not have anything ready. The employee working there said that he couldn't write on any cakes and someone was going to come in to do it, but we would need to come back later. We had specifically scheduled a pick-up time to align with the start of a party, so that wouldn't work. He was very unsympathetic and did not do anything to try to make it right. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that she was out of town, so it felt very much like no one was in charge. Zero professionalism. Zero responsibility. The Dairy Queen on Station Street took our order over the phone and had our cake ready when we got there 10 minutes later. Will not ever be going to the Maple Street location again again, nor would I recommend it to others.
