I had a great time. So, on the way there I felt like I was going the wrong way because gps took me through a residential area but I was right on track. Lol. I feel like it's more of a mom and pop type of place. The food was really good. They even had sandwiches which I thought was pretty cool. I got a ground beef burrito with a cola. The food was great, very tasty. The young lady behind the counter was very patient with us as we ordered, and kind throughout our visit. The restaurant is located in Kankakee, so Dos Amigos does the best they can with their location. But the food is so good, it's worth it to visit!!

My fiance and I decided to try this place,after seeing it was reviewed as #1 BEST mexican restaurant around our location. I was blown away by this place! My favorite was El Mexicano, until eating at Dos Amigos. Dos Amigos is truly authentic;from the atmosphere, to the food,this is truly a remarkable establishment!
