The food was good small portions the place is very very out dated. A paint job would go along way here. At least their tables are sturdy. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Prices where appropriate for the portion sizes.
Tommy is one of the few restaurants trying to keep prices down. I applaud him for this. Which might explain his "outdated" decor. I do believe his drinks are a little pricey. This will not keep me from enjoying his numerous selections.Besides there is always water...

The food here is very average. The service is slow at times. However, the staff is very nice and the owner is awesome. He remembers his customers and even gives the little ones quarters for his candy machines.
