My daughter and I went in for lunch. We were on a time crunch in between her sporting events. Brian Harris, the General Manager, was very friendly and very attentive. He was coming around to the tables and checking on us and other guests to make sure that everything was to our liking. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Had an amazing lunch with my daughter. The staff was very attentive and the manager Brian stopped by to see how our food was and if we needed anything else. The food came out quickly and was excellent. My daughter who is very picky loved their chicken tenders and the special treat of a rainbow cone chocolate scoop afterwards.

I ordered my food 20 minutes beforehand to ensure it was ready when I got there. It was not. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for it to finally complete and I gave them my name for the order when I got there. When I got home, my bag fell apart from all the juice in the bottom of the sack. My fries spilled out all over the garage floor along with everything else. I still ate my sandwiches, which were cold. I imagine they put the sandwiches in there 30 minutes before I got home and the juice spilled all over the bag in the meantime. Very poor service, poor packaging. And a very disappointing meal.

SLOWEST SERVICE ANYWHERE! Placed an order for 2 Italian beef sandwiches. 1 plain dry, 1 dry with cheese. From order to taking payment 7 minutes, then from payment to delivery of food 10 minutes. This was in the drive through.

They discontinued the watermelon strawberry and lemonade drinks. That was a big decision maker for me on where I'm eating lunch. It's just the same basic fountain drinks now. Bring it back Buona!

I ordered online and got the Burger and fries special. I'm on a very, very tight budget, so I only eat out if there is a discount or freebie involved. I didn't have anything planned for dinner and I have a busy evening ahead, so no time to cook. It was going to be a PB &J sandwich if I had not checked email and found yours advertising the Burger and fries deal. I chose the drive thru pickup option and arrived right at time I had requested my food be ready at--and it was! Great service and food was delicious!

This review is a result of my purchase tonight. I truly enjoy their chili cheese dogs as I have since they opened. I put my usual order in of 2 thru the drive thru and came home. Upon arrival and taking them out, I noticed that these chili cheese dogs are now aprox 4 inches in length. I was shocked at the size and figured a cut of a good 30% from their previous size. Same price though. I realize everyone is doing it to some extent, but I thought this was quite excessive. Extremely disappointed so I'll go elsewhere... You also notice on this chain of reviews, Buona only responds to the reveiws that are 4-5 stars. Nothing on the posts that are calling out an issue, or a problem. Obviously not good with criticism...
The experience all together was great however the self serve screen faces the windows and you can barely see the order you're pacing in my opinion it be turn around to the opposite side of the sun.
