The golden spice apple cup is phenomenal! The “gold chocolate” reminds me of cookie butter and has been the best fall treat I’ve had all season so far. Their food and soup are amazing too. I always get the Try 2: ultimate grilled cheese with BBQ chicken salad or a pesto chicken sandwich with chicken enchilada soup. I’ve also tried their Mango Mojito mocktail which was delicious.
Food is great quality and I always enjoy the complimentary bread and chocolate dipped strawberry too. Highly recommend!

Customer service was not it at this location. No one greeted us and they were right in front of us. We had to approach them for help. Throughout the entire transaction they never looked up. They appeared irritated that we were there. Zay I think thats his name was so rude taking our order and maybe because he was too busy listening to whatever was going on in his airpod. Then they tried to serve us soup in a dirty bowl. Thankfully we spotted that quickly and had to ask for a new bowl. The salad we ordered was made incorrectly and we had to go back. The saving grace was their pumpkin chorizo soup. Absolutely delicious! I ordered it with sour cream, cheese and tortilla chips. I will come back for this spicy soup. The new fall drinks are so good. My favorite is the pumpkin cooler but they are all amazing. I wish this location was a little cleaner as the trash was overflowing and with 5 employees and no customers I think it should be cleaner. Hopefully the attitude gets better at the Kildeer location.

First time going to this particular Zupas and was in shock with the attitude towards customers from employees. Ordered a chicken BBQ salad and asked for extra corn and olives, i also asked for two small 2oz cups of ranch dressing. As is the barley give you a teaspoon full of ingredients but the funny thing is they make it look like they are giving you much more. I was charged extra for a half teaspoon of corn and then extra for the olives. I was charged almost $4.00 for two 2oz cups of ranch. Employees were very rude taking the order and also at check out. Very disappointed in this establishment and will never be going back again. Lots of very good restaurants that have very kind employees working and do not to nickel and dime you for 6 extra kernels of corn.

Took a long time to even be able to order with zero line. Ordered Dubai chocolate strawberries and wasn't told how much they cost until after I ordered and it was $20 for sour strawberries that didn't taste good. Quality of food has gone down over the time I've been coming here.

café zuppa has quality food at reasonable prices..HOWEVER -PLEASE NOTE!!! Some of their sandwiches and soups have higher levels of sodium. The recommended amount of sodium for the average person is 2300 mg. Many of their soups and sandwiches have have high levels e.g. 1500-1800 mg etc. For those people with heart conditions, the recommended maximum is 1500 mg a day. I fall into that category. I will definitely go back to Zupas, however I think I’m going stick to their delicious salads with lower sodium levels.

First time dining at Cafe Zupas and I can't believe I'm just now experiencing this fast, casual gem. Compared to your other quick cafes, Zupas offers unique menu options, large portion sizes and fantastic pricing. Their signature chocolate dipped strawberry is divine and such a cute touch. Ordering via the app was a seamless process.
Food reviews Nourish Bowl---perfect blend of sweet and savory. Creaminess from the goat cheese brought everything together so nicely. Each element was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Highly recommend BBQ sauce as the dressing to bring out more savoriness! Only notable issue was a few bites of rice were undercooked
