I don't understand how this establishment works. Constant delays in handing over the order to the delivery couriers. Only 2 people work to prepare the order, there is a queue in the establishment

PLACED A MOBILE ORDER AT 5:28 PM FROM THE PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT. I WALKED IN AS 2 OTHER PEOPLE ENTERED AT THE SAME TIME. THEY WERE LOOKING AT MENU AND I PASSED THEM AND WENT TO THE REGISTER TO PICK UP MY ORDER. THEY ORDERED AND GOT THEIR FOOD...I WAS STILL WAITING AND THE MANAGER SAID ..."THEY ARE WORKING ON IT ... THE ORDER SAID IT WOULD BE READY AT 5:39... HAVE A SEAT AND I WILL BRING IT RIGHT OUT
MORE PEOPLE ENTERED... ORDERED AND GOT THEIR FOOD... I WAS STILL WAITING AS EVEN MORE PEOPLE WALKED IN AND ORDERED... THEY ALL GOT THEIT FOOD SO I WENT BACK UP TO THE COUNTER AND WAS TOLD ... THEY ARE WORKING ON IT... AS THE MANAGER THEN WENT IN THE BACK WITH ANOTHER WORKER WHO WAS LOOKING FOR BOWLS....
AT 5:48 IASKED FOR A REFUND...THE MANAGER SAID MY OREDER WAS ALMOST READY.... 5 MINUTES LATER AS EVEN MORE PEOPLE WALKED IN AND PLACED AND GOT FOOD... I FINALLY DEMANDED A REFUND
I WILL NEVER GO BACK ... I DELETED THE APP AND ALL MY REWARDS THAT I HAVE EARNED.....

Really gone down hill! One of my favorites when it comes to the food but the service is awful. We order nearly 30 min ahead of time and it’s not ready. Portions have been smaller. Plus every time we go and servers say they’re gonna bring the food to our car they don’t show up ever and we have to go in after waiting forever.
I really love the food but if this service doesn’t improve we’re gonna have to start ordering elsewhere.

Love this place, just don’t order via the app, they won’t make it on time and will always prioritize in store orders and doordash/ubereats orders over yours.
Also, I’m pretty sure the portion size for salads and soups are larger for in store orders.
The service was fabulous right off the bat. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and willing to get samples or anything we needed to get our correct order. Love that it came with a strawberry and bread. The soup was absolutely delicious.

In general, the food is good and the surroundings are standard. The service in the restaurant is typically good. The service in the drive through pick up, for preorders needs some improvement. We often wait several minutes for anyone to show up to the window, and even though we ordered 15 mins before our arrival, we still have to wait 10 minutes parked for our order to be brought out.
