What a disappointment! Always heard that the chicken sandwiches here were great. My chicken sandwich was a luke warm, dry, flat piece of chicken meat on a tiny, dry, room temperature bun with 2 small pickle slices. No sauce. No seasoning. Didn't smell or taste like chicken. I think it might have been chicken pieces pressed together to form a patty. And it wasn't cheap either! Overpriced is putting it kindly. Will never eat there again.

Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Alyssa today I hope I spelled it right I’m so sorry if I didnt !But she fixed my order when I had came in today and ordered some sandwich’s and got handed with pickles very allergic for me !!! She fixed my meal right away ! Appreciate it so much ! We need more managers like her !!!! Keeps me coming back ! Great staff :)

Amazing experience! Didn't catch the managers name (bald guy), great service and very enthusiastic about his job, gave me extra chick-fil-a sauce and convinced me to order a 12pc instead of an 8pc meal after a long day. True anmerican salesman. Amazing customer service, even gave me a free icecream if I could finish one container of chick-fil-a sauce with one nugget!! Very fun and enjoyable experience, goated location, 10/10!!!

We eat at Chick-fil-A quite a bit, and enjoy the food. Today, although the food was good, the place at the kildeer, IL location was filthy! Every table had crumbs and were sticky. There weren't many people inside, so we're not sure why it was so filthy. We were there 30 minutes before anyone came out to clean it.

Love the new seating area. Opens it up, more spacious feeling.
We went 2 chick fil a today noon and we had lunch. Here was our order: ckis n crm milkshake lrg and medium friend a lemonade 5 cups of ranch and a spicy deluxe (I rly don’t remember our order) Overall they brought everything except for the milkshake. I was kind of sad that they forgot our milkshake. But my mom noticed a worker behind me and asked her: can we have a cookies and cream milkshake and she was like sure . That made me pretty happy 😃 and the food was good and the milkshake 2 but the chicken in my sandwich was a lil spicy but I handled it 🖐️. I would give six stars bcz u guys had paper towels instead of the dryer in the bathroom 😀overall 5 stars

Was there yesterday and Food was ok but the service was horrible. A young girl was super rude and her hair was not even in a bun or net. Her hair was very long and waving all over countertops. Very unsanitary.

Dining in today was just as it should be! Took this kids out and they loved it, staff was super respectful and even though it did seem a little busy, the food came out promptly and was well worth the price. Thanks again Chic-fil-A Kildeer!

Went through the drive through, they have a girl taking the orders so you can’t look over the menu board. As I drove by I thought is said $9.12 for the deluxe chicken sandwich so I ordered that with her. I also got the sweet tea. I asked what flavors were available then selected “dragon fruit”. I was not told there would be an upcharge for that. I drive right to the window (nobody else in the line) 4 employees talking & joking around nobody even acknowledges me. Finally someone does and says my total of $15.00 and change. I was surprised because I thought I chose an item under $10.00. When I said the board doesn’t match the amount charged, they just repeated the total due. I said is there a manager? The non chalant guy in the picture says “yes” I then said can I speak him or her? He points to his name tag (which doesn’t say manager) he looked to be all of 17 years old. I said you’re the manager? Ok well what about this clear over charge or misrepresenting the cost of my meal? He just shrugged at me. So disrespectful ! I was so taken aback by his unprofessional attitude I said I’m never coming back & he said “good”. I wasn’t going to bother to post until he said that. Here’s the “manager” of the chick filet Kildeer Illinois.
