It really hurts me to have to leave this review, because I've never had anything but great food and service at Chick-fil-A I always tell people they had the best customer service and their food is pretty good. However the killdeer, Illinois location it was terrible first couldn't understand the person taking the order, had to repeat it to him three times, and it was still wrong when I receive my food. Chicken deluxe sandwich was dry and way too crunchy and salty. The fries were also mealy way too crunchy the only thing that was good was the chocolate milkshake. So disappointed, I never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A

The costumer service absolutely terrible. I understand if the employees wanna talk among themselves when they is no people in the drive thru, but the minute a costumer pulls up and orders, the employee should be ready for the costumer to come through to the window to pick up their food. For no reason should the employees be standing with their backs to the window when we honked the car horn gently to get there attention that we are waiting for food the employee turns around looks at us starts laughing and turns back around. Then finally the food gets given to us, but as before we pull off, she turns her back and start laughing again. Please reteach certain employees on how to act at work when costumers are around or just thank them for their time if all they wanna do is chit chat with their backs to the window.

I hate to have to write this review but the last two times I ate at this location I got terrible food poisoning like coming out of both ends/exorcism food poisoning. The first time I believe it was from the kale salad I got (though I've had it multiple times before) and the second time I purposely avoided the kale and got chicken bites but ended up getting sick again though not as bad as the first time.

There was a little bit of a mixup on my order, but they are happy to fix it. I love Chick-fil-A. I’m addicted to it lol

5 Children ages 10-2 running around the restaurant with bare feet. Socks off. Running in and out of the playland while their mother and her friend sat at the furthest table from the play place. They were Screaming, crying because they were getting hurt and running past our table barefoot through our entire meal. Employees did not correct the family. One family made all the other patrons uncomfortable. So gross!!!!!!

The girl at the drive through was disrespectful and joking around with her co-worker that I was paying in cash. She uttered under her breath. that she doesn’t have time to give change with the drive though. Absolutely unprofessional. I have been coming here a lot but this is the last time.

would give zero stars if i could. they have a mobile pick up lane and told me i had to go inside to pick up my order because they couldn’t give it to me through the window? then i go inside to pick up and the exact same guy at the drive thru hands me my order so let me know why i had to do that. then i asked for an empty salad container and they charged me, which no other location has done to me and granted im sure it’s up to the franchisee but after they made me walk inside for no reason it was just kind of the cherry on top of why this particular chick-fil-a sucks. food was fine

This place sucks my bill was over $50 to be exact 50.89 I handed them $51.00 and they said they won't take it but on the internet it says this.

The staff doesn't speak English at this location. Really sad. Couldn't get my order right 3 times because they don't know the language. Won't be returning.

Fry boxes half full. Also ordered 70+ nuggets and got 2 sauces. Lastly, they are not mixing their soda machine correctly, so the drink was also absolutely foul tasting. Called to inform the manager and she couldn’t have cared less. Hate to leave poor reviews for any business, but sometimes people need to get it together.
