Went through the drive through, they have a girl taking the orders so you can’t look over the menu board. As I drove by I thought is said $9.12 for the deluxe chicken sandwich so I ordered that with her. I also got the sweet tea. I asked what flavors were available then selected “dragon fruit”. I was not told there would be an upcharge for that. I drive right to the window (nobody else in the line) 4 employees talking & joking around nobody even acknowledges me. Finally someone does and says my total of $15.00 and change. I was surprised because I thought I chose an item under $10.00. When I said the board doesn’t match the amount charged, they just repeated the total due. I said is there a manager? The non chalant guy in the picture says “yes” I then said can I speak him or her? He points to his name tag (which doesn’t say manager) he looked to be all of 17 years old. I said you’re the manager? Ok well what about this clear over charge or misrepresenting the cost of my meal? He just shrugged at me. So disrespectful ! I was so taken aback by his unprofessional attitude I said I’m never coming back & he said “good”. I wasn’t going to bother to post until he said that. Here’s the “manager” of the chick filet Kildeer Illinois.

They never have the correct amount of food in my bag. Today specifically we ordered food for my whole family and told them to make sure everything is in the bag as we live 35 min away. Get home to find out they didn’t put in 12 nugget meal. I called and they said they’ll give a free one when we drive back which in my opinion is an awful approach as I’m still sitting here on a Friday night with a missing meal. Don’t go to this location if you want to actually eat

I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A several times, and I’m always impressed by the excellent food and outstanding customer service. The chicken sandwiches are always perfectly crispy and juicy, and the waffle fries are a favorite every time. What really stands out, though, is the service—every staff member is friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the drive-thru moves quickly, even when it's busy. It’s rare to find such a high level of service combined with great food, and this location nails it every time!

The service here is atrocious. The drive through lady always forgets the sauces, got a 30pc grilled chicken nuggets now I’m stuck raw doggin it. There was zero traffic, I was the only one in there, train your folks ffs.

Everybody there has the patience of a saint took my grandkids there the food was delicious the Frosted lemonade is my absolute favorite and they could not have been more helpful and patient they were wonderful

Have not had issues at this location so far. Personnel is extremely respectful and professional - consistent in drive through (have not been inside in a long time).

The line moves efficiently. Have not had issues with the order or food quality.

it can be a popular location with a backed up line during peak hours or the weekend.

The chicken sandwich standard, IMO. The Market Salad is my new standard go to when I want to eat healthier. The drive-thru lines have improved with dual order lanes, fully covered for inclement weather. They still can be occasionally slow due to a single exit lane. The best customer service in the fast food industry.

Update 12/9/23: Inside service was abysmal. This location has lost its way regarding service. It seemed more like a poorly run McDonald's than the Chick-fil-A I had come to know and expect. One trainee with no one training her took almost 10 minutes to take a two person order. The other register was not run by a person that seemed to be trained to provide the typical Chick-fil-A service.

First time ordering hash browns on my morning lunch break. First off I get that it’s early at 7:30am.. but employees at this location seem drained and tired. Anyway, once I get back to work they are not in the bag with my sandwich. I really wanted them today so had to take the extra time to drive back. I mentioned that it would be swell if they could consider adding a coffee for the inconvenience… no response on the speaker so I drive up. No acknowledgment at the window, just handed me the bag with my hashbrowns.
Management Operator (Allen Ordeanu) needs to either improve the quality of life for their employees or ease of the leashes of corporate greed so they don’t act like coffee is directly coming out of their paychecks☕️
