I have the spicy chicken sandwich all the time but the one I had today was the best one I ever had. It tasted extra fresh, was a generous piece and overall prepared perfectly! The service was great as well and the manager was very friendly!! I highly recommend this location!!!

Wife has had 2 orders messed up, the first time they forgot our 12 piece grilled nuggets in our order. We called went back they said they would correct the order. When we went back they gave us the regular nuggets & forgot our sandwich. Might Want to employ people who speak English a little better so they can understand what the customer is ordering? We also heard the use of vulgar language, completely inappropriate. Avoid this location.

Ordered on the app. Fast and easy. This place is run very well. Clean and orderly. Extremely pleasant staff. The food at chick-fil-a is reasonable and its good. Alwats a long line at drive thru buy they move fast.no eonder this is so popular everywhere

Hope Alan see’s this!Alan is the top manager of this location.This location refused to take a $100. Dollar bill due to new policy . I couldn’t use my card and ended up having too. I had my kids and they where hungry. This is crazy to me money is money! We also got no napkins the place seem like it was closing it just made us feel all types of weird. For being a Christian dine this was sad.

So I had ordered 2 spicy sandwiches as a meal one for me and my girlfriend and so the order got messed up as it came with 1 fries and didn’t give us another sandwich which I had already asked for it when I ordered for it but they didn’t get it my order. Keep in my all my sandwiches are no pickles. The sandwiches were great til I got my second one and I could feel it through the bag and the sandwich was awfully cold and I was like come on now. So I went inside and asked to speak to a manager I forgot his name. Either way he was being disrespectful and saying oh I gotta check the temperature and I’m like why you gotta check the temperature if it’s already cold and yall gave it to me like that. You should be sorry and be apologetic and hand me a nice warm sandwich but on top of that I asked for another set of fries since we only got one and he’s like okay. I’m actually very disappointed today with your manager on how he had treated me when he should’ve treated me as a good customer and be apologetic. I’ve come here a lot and I’ve never seen anybody being disrespectful towards me when I come in a bit upset and try to make me food nice and warm. The manager was Chinese and being disrespectful because he was saying that the food wasn’t cold and I’m like yes it was, the bread was disgustingly cold even the meat too and I’m like the bread should be nice and steaming hot but your manager was saying some whole different stuff saying the bread was fine. No it was not, please change your managers and make the team better on being able to hear better when taking orders, it’s unbelievable and disappointing. THANK GOD FOR DAVES HOT CHICKEN because you guys are just unbelievable on how you treat your customers. No wonder why your restaurant is so empty right now.
I liked Chick-fil-A's spicy chicken strips, but they discontinued them. Long lines at the drive-through do not make getting take-out much fun. I do like the food, the chicken strips are good and the fries are also good. The people working the drive-through did not ask me if I wanted sauce or ketchup, so I got neither and only one napkin. I still like the food, but the experience could have been better.
