Horrible service, cold food, no utensils and everything is overpriced. I don't recommend coming here and I will not be coming back.

I've eaten here since they've opened and unfortunately I have to say it's really gone down hill. We came early Friday night about 10-15 minutes till 5. They where pretty much empty and we waited 5-10 minutes just to be greeted. By the time someone came there was at least 3 more parties. Then waited morr for drinks and to order. It came off as really unorganized told a girl was going to be our waiter and we got a guy. While every one we delt with was pleasant it came off as no one knew who's doing what. Then it took 30 minutes to get our food, a burger and chili. And my whole meal was wrong. Asked for a cheeseburger no bun side salad no dressing or croutons. Got a hamburger with a bun and found a few croutons in my salad(hidden under lettuce so it looks like they put them on and unsuccessfully picked them out). I hate to send food back but I had too because it was all wrong. I kept the salad as is gave the croutons to my chili eater as I hate to waste food. I had to wait to have my burger redone It was very disappointing experience all around. Luckily while I eat this way for health reasons(non allergies) if someone with allergies was given this they could have had a severe reaction. I don't think that I'll be coming back any more after years of eating here. The food over all is your average franchise type food. I generally don't leave bad reviews I know that everyone has off days. But between the slow service, extreme confusion from the staff, and the fact that my entire meal came out about as wrong as it possibly could have they've lost me as a customer.
