It was good the reason I bumped it down to 1 star wean we got their and got chips to go they were stale and the food was good the glaucoma was a tad bit spicy as well

Fire all the incompetent employees who work at this location.

Picked up a mobile order and they left it out on the shelf because the receipt with my name wasn’t on the bag. The cashier who seemed to be annoyed with having to do something figured it was still being made before realizing it was actually my order after a few minutes.

When I started eating, the burrito was not only cold from sitting out for so long but was made with LESS THAN HALF of the ingredients I ordered. Employees forgot all three salsas, cheese and fajitas. What they made was a disgusting slop of: chicken, rice, lettuce, and sour cream that I had to throw out after a few bites and seeing everything left out.

Cleaned it’s really bad since you entrance to the restaurant the cleaning it’s bad I used the restroom it’s sad the food restaurant it’s not clean all it 🤷🏽‍♀️

I get lunch here all the time. Today I figured I could place an order though door dash for pickup so I could just have the food ready by the time I got there. Well I got there and waited for 15min for my food while the store was completely empty. Got my food and it was wrong of course. Then figured Id just eat it anyway. Well they skimped me on meat and I got like 4 piece it was all rice.

No worries right I can just go though door dash support maybe get some money back. Well these idiots are so inept and lazy they wont tell door dash the item has been picked up. I can't even go though door dash support until they do that. It's disingenuous and lazy of you to fill to go orders with nothing but rice. I wont be coming back again there's so many better options.

Who were the cast of was beyond the counter and thank you for trying to take care of everything. I'm sure it sucks when the people in the back aren't taking you seriously. How lazy.

Horrible! Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too! Portion sizes are probably the worst I have seen in the food industry! Terrible workers showing attitude at anyone and throw the food at you. Go to the one in Lake Zurich to have a better experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I have worked in food industry for over 3 years so i hate to complain but i am writing this. i wish i’d been there because i would not have gone home with this bowl. my dad picked up a steak asada bowl with lettuce, tomato cheese and rice and then a burrito. in my bowl there was absolutely less than a handful of lettuce, barely any steak and mostly rice and tomato. my dad even commented the employee seemed “dead” which is unusual to say. i worked at a restaurant near this chipotle and this is not the first time i’ve heard things about this restaurant sadly.

Mine was an online order, confirmation # RK4-AA7 . Gauc was stale, I found a piece of steak in it. I took it back to the store and asked them to replace, they said they were out of it and I figured that’s the reason they were serving stale gauc. I asked them to refund and they gave me the 800 number to get the refund. What the heck!

I’d rarely leave a one star review but, after several horrible experiences with this particular location. I am officially done. I have provided feedback multiple times for very genuine reasons (completely incorrect orders, flat out rude staff members) only to receive generic email responses back. This location consistently is out of staple menu items, staff is careless, and lack professionalism. Glad to see Cava, Sweet Greens in the area. No way this place will last

ZERO STAR! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Why do you think a place gets 5 star or 4.5 or even 4*? Quality of customer service! This place needs a new Manager and a new team running the place. Very rude employees. Serving size is not correct for the price we paid. The place is dirty and not good for eating here. We are better off if you can find some robots who can serve us food. May be FANUC will do it for you. TY!

The young man serving the food kept wiping his nose. If you are sick or have allergies stay home. Food looked like it had been there for awhile. Definitely will not eat there again.

skimp you on food, bowls are spilling over to the point where the paper bags are soaked through and break open as you take them from the shelf. not only was i still hungry, i needed to go home and get a new shirt before i could go back to work.

Bad service and attitude. Employees make faces at simple request like extra protein which I’m paying for 2 bowls. I’ve read other reviews here it seems like it’s not a one off experience. Some employees at this location need to be drug tested or some counseling.
