I've read some rather bad reviews of this location on here, but I disagree with their assessment. My husband and I went there yesterday for lunch before going to a movie across the street. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the restaurant was clean. No complaints from us. Plus, 2 officers from the local police department were there getting their lunch. One thing I have learned over the years--if cops eat there, it must be good.

Normally I am really happy with this location but today is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I was told that there would be no white rice for a half hour so I just got the brown and as the employee was putting my meat on, there is white rice. I was like ok no big deal. After that he that same employee gave me like 3 small pinches of my carnitas. I then ordered chips and did not receive them at all. I tried to call but the answering machine won’t let you be specific and when i finally got through I called twice and didn’t have the phone picked up twice. When I tried the chat ang she says I need a receipt and I never received one. Also there is a whole have of an avocado in my large guac which costs 6.50. Safe to say I’m very disappointed. I’ve had issues where I had something wrong but I was always able to get through and they fixed it. I love chipotle and this is a big issue. The only good thing out of this was they gave me a lot of cheese and I like their cheese.
I went in tonight to grab dinner for my boyfriend and I. It was around 6:30 and it was very busy. As I ordered behind a few people things were going smoothly. As I approached the cashier I noticed many people waiting around. They were a bit snappy towards her and demanding refunds ( they were waiting long periods of time for their food) which, understandable. But I wanted to note that BOTH parties infront of me were VERY unkind to the cashier. Who very clearly was stressed out and overwhelmed. She remained calm and said to them she is sorry for the wait and she was doing the best she could. ( she’s at the register. She is not responsible for how long the food is taking) in total there were 3 people just in the time I was there who spoke so unkindly to her. I just wanted to take the time to thank the cashier. I believe her name was Evelyn. THANK YOU. You handled everything as you should have and were kind ti everyone despite them not being kind. Not sure if she will see this but she deserves a hug! Management should be delighted how she handled and kept her composure. I hope she doesn’t take any or the things that were said to heart and I hope she has a good rest of her shift and week!! ( food was also good lol)

Although the food is somewhat "Americanized" versions of Mexican food, I think it is tasty and good quality. It's very consistent and reliable. Everything is freshly made.

I love Chipotle but this Deerpark location is under staffed and mismanaged. Food was cold and messy. Bathrooms smelled like urine. I won't be going back to this location.

If I could give less than one star I would just go to this Chipotle and the truth is that bad service, bad work team, especially the guy who helped me first of all, not even a hello, second, they don't have what I wanted but I agreed to accept what they had but it was the last straw when the boy who was serving me was scraping the corn sauce container and I asked him if he didn't have more and he didn't even answer a simple no, well he kept giving me a pittance of portions, the truth is very disappointing. and the cook was vaping very calmly and listening to obscene music, I will never ever come back here!
