So annoying that they got our order wrong. We ordered several sandwiches, one of which was a giant roast beef no sauces. Instead we get to the airport and open our sandwiches to eat and they gave us a giant turkey with mayo and mustard so now my kids have nothing to eat.

I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this because I’m still shocked. The manager working was so rude when I asked if my pickup order was ready. He yelled in front of everyone “WELL IS IT THERE!?” and I thought okay it’s busy whatever. But then he began yelling at his employees in front of a very busy store because he was mad he had to help. Despite a very busy store he left mid-helping shouting “I’m going in the office to do MY job now.” Horrible management. I feel bad for the poor employees who were working so hard to get the line down.

Awful service. We ordered the chicken wrap and got home, and it turned out that there's no chicken. The wrap was just lettuce and BBQ sauce. Horrible. The #6 veggie was sloppily cut and not all the way. I don't understand and I can't justify paying for Jimmy John's anymore when they can't even get basic things done. Why waste our money.

For years this location is always late for pickup, delivery, and curbside. Multiple times in the last 3 years we had 1-2HR deliveries with excuses about drivers when we call (5min drive from the store). I stopped ordering delivery from this location. App orders for pickup are 15-30min, no one seems to care. The store never appears to be crowded. I keep giving this location a chance after not ordering for months, but am met with disappointment once again.

The guy who took my order was laying down in one of the back booths when I walked in, then proceeded to be unfriendly and dismissive during the transaction, like he was doing me a favor. So sorry to have interrupted nap time dude...just trying to order a quick sandwich.

Just go to the location further north on Rand. I waited an HOUR for a sandwich that was wrong. Not to mention that I could literally see the location from where I ordered- just 5 mins down the road. That’s not freaky fast- just freaky bad.

I hadn't ordered JJ in a while so figured I'd grab a sandwich for lunch via curbside pickup. I ordered about 20 minutes ahead of time for pickup "as soon as possible."I check in (15 mins later) and wait in my car. And wait. At least 4 people go in, order, get their food, and walk out. I finally go in after waiting for almost 15 minutes (after checking in). I thought maybe it was busy but I see that there's only ONE other customer inside.I tell the cashier that I've been waiting for quite a while for my curbside order. The cashier has no concern whatsoever. My food (one sandwich, chips, drink) was sitting there with "curbside" in large bold letters. The cashier fills and hands me my drink. Not a word, let alone an apology.The food itself was decent and what I expected. Waiting and needing to go inside defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead of time and curbside pickup. Mistakes happen and I can accept that but lack of attention or even acknowledging the mistake means I'll likely not return to this location. I'll stick to the plenty of other restaurants nearby.
