First I wanna say I normally don't write reviews but today felt needed. I stopped into this mod location and I had the best experience of my life at this location. First I was greeted by a young man named Mathew he was nothing but helpful and was also very charming. After he took my order another young man named randy made my pizza lickady split. I would 100% recommend this mod. Best experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant .

Very uncomfortable feeling came with my daughter the guy was barely applying the topics correctly even the people after me a father and a daughter were complaining that the father said can you please put more cheese as there is nothing and the guy did a face and went to the back to bring more our pizza wasn't the oven then was taken out and then the guys between them were talking to each other and one of them was doing like he's throwing up from how the pizza is when I saw the pizza large areas with no cheese at all . When I mentioned that look there is Barely cheese. The person attacked me right away by saying this is but bubbles air.. when he saw my face only then he asked if I would like that it will remade and I said no with this type of customer service I'm not interested anything but the people before me when she was very pretty looking girl they made the original pizza and made her a second one because the first one was not that great.I hope the manager or the owner of this location will take this place and the employees and will have a good talk to them this was a very unpleasant experience. !

I want to first say the pizza that was made for me was outstanding and exceeded my expectations with the evenly distributed toppings, sauce, and cheese. Secondly, the customer service was out of this world, i was treated with the most respect i could've gotten. The gentleman with the bass pro shop hat made sure the pizza met my expectations and looked right and even put the perfect amount of sauce on top, the gentleman even gave excellent customer service. When i was half way through my pizza this other gentleman with an adidas hat asked to make sure if i needed anything and if my pizza was good (it was outstanding). This restaurant was excellent and super friendly, Highly recommend to anyone who wants a good meal and excellent service!

Stopped into this place to fill a pizza craving. Built my own mod pizza and asked them to cook it well done. Not sure if they know how to control the fire or what well done is but instead of getting well done I received Burned. The staff was nice but the restaurant was dirty and no one bothered cleaning anything including the bathrooms. This was around 2-3pm on a Tuesday. I’ve tried mod pizza several times at various locations. I give up. This franchise is trash but could be so much better if they hired people who cared or trained them better on the art of pie making.
