It was easy to work with the staff and they helped guide us on making a small catering order to make it easier for placing the group order. I am not one to ever leave a bad review so this will be the first. Worst experience ever. Had a mobile order scheduled for pick up. Me and my sister stood there for 5 minutes while they had a conversation after making direct eye contact with us and not acknowledging us. Mind you the place was empty and there were 4 people behind the counter. Our food was sitting back there the whole time. I work in the food industry and this is completely unacceptable. I have been coming here with my family since I was a child and will never be back. worst customer service. 6/9/25

Ordered through the app for pickup next morning, received confirmation # on app + email confirmation. When I got to the store they told me the order did not get through, did not offer to still give me the same deal or anything like that even though I wasted my time to come to the store and had an already placed order. Will think twice before giving them my business again.

Not the potbelly I usually go to but, we visit it once a year on our way up to Wi. I have to say, they consistently have some of the best sandwiches of any potbelly I've been too. Very friendly staff as well. There was a bit of smoke in the air this time because they were cooking a bunch of bacon but it wasn't over whelming or anything. We still will keep this as a stop on our yearly trip.

Great tasting sandwiches, just wish the staff would make online orders per instructions. Whenever I order extra tomatoes and lettuce, I hardly even get a normal amount.

This is an amazing sandwich shop. Nice prices for the amount of food you get, but the bottled drinks are a bit expensive, but chips are a decent deal. Workers seemed really nice, and they make sure you get what you ordered. Lots of options and the food there is absolutely delicious. I'd definitely come back another time!

Parking: There are a number of spots since it is a small restaurant, so it is fairly easy to park and go inside.
Kid-friendliness: It is all alcohol free, and has an outdoor seating area where kids can play a little bit. It's very kid friendly and nice. There is also a kids' menu section. The sizes for kids' meals are nicely portioned and have plenty of food to eat for them! I see kids in the Potbelly when I go in, and they seem to enjoy it.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is lots of wheelchair accessibility including no stairs ty get inside, and there is a small button you can press for assistance that is by the cash register.
