Had a problem last year with description of food being completely different that what I ordered, was supposed to get refunded, never did. This year, they claim they offer deliver. Not outside delivery. They don't. Will not order from them again.

Always love Potbelly but they screwed up my order today leaving the cheese off my wife's sandwich. Of course I had to hire an attorney to prove that I ordered it right and it wasn't my fault there was no cheddar. Made my lunch extremely stressful for no reason other than sloppy work. Thanks, Obama.

Yum. Blta is interesting. Not sure its supposed to have this much black pepper but it has alot and tastes delicious. I mistakenly got white pepper at home and it smells so bad. The black pepper on this blta is refreshing. So good... yummmm....And the price is ok. Sonic is the cheapest, but Potbellies isn't bad priced. The regular is an ok size. The biggs is a bit too expensive at about $14 with tax. At least its not panera which is like $17-$18.Parking: Sometimes have to park by Chipotle to make sure i don't hit anyone.

We have always liked Potbelly's. Great sandwiches, drinks, and cookies. Great for a quick snack or a casual dining venue.
We recently started going to this Potbelly location and have kept going back because the staff has always been friendly. The sandwiches and food has been consistently on par with what we expect from Potbelly as well. I personally don't have too many expectations for a sandwich shop, other than getting my order correct, good food quality, and generally good customer service. I feel like this location meets all of these criteria on a consistent basis.

I absolutely love this place. I moved out of state for a few years and many times I thought… I really miss potbelly. This location specifically, I have been going to for multiple decades. It’s my favorite! No other store compares to the level of quality and just generally upright to be there. Mo usually makes my sandwiches and they delicious and perfect. She also makes my day better with her uplifting personality and I’m so impressed at her ability to remember my order and especially impressed at how delicious she makes the food! My happy place for sure. ☮️?Vegetarian options: Great veggie options!!!Dietary restrictions: My mother is extremely allergic to gluten and they always take care of her!Parking: It’s the best potbelly location.Kid-friendliness: Mo! This store continues to be a disappointment. If you go in they are ok. Don't brother ordering to go. They forgot multiple easy requests. (Cheese, oil, seasoning). We have been there multiple times but it keeps going downhill.
