Food is really good, fun cook but the staff makes you feel like rushing you out to eat and go.

I recently had an amazing dining experience at a hibachi restaurant. The place was bustling with customers even though we went there on a Saturday evening. We had made a reservation for four and arrived at 5 pm sharp. By 6 pm, the restaurant was filled to the brim, and there was not a single empty seat available. As we settled down, we ordered edamame as an appetizer, and it arrived shortly after. We also ordered soup and salad, which were served promptly after the edamame. Our chef arrived and began cooking the hibachi for us. However, the staff seemed to rush us through the meal, which was not something I appreciated. We were done with our soup, salad, and edamame before the hibachi was ready, and by the time it was, the fried rice and veggies had grown cold. I would have preferred it if the restaurant staff had allowed us to take our time and enjoy the food at our own pace. The overall ambiance was great, with dim lighting and average noise levels. The tricks done by the chefs were also impressive and added to the overall experience. The only downside was the staff's haste, which I found to be a little too much. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dinner experience. They are only open for dinner, and it is advisable to make a reservation beforehand. Please do give them a try and support small local businesses.

We recently went to Tsukasa for a relative's birthday. I was surprised to learn that the back of section of the restaurant is a hibachi area. The service was attentive and the chef was entertaining. The food was good and plentiful. I ordered a combination meal of shrimp and chicken. The meal included soup, salad, dessert and a side option. I selected vegetable tempura as my side and fresh pineapple for dessert. Overall it was too much food so I took quite a bit home. That being said the pricing seemed fair. If you are in the Kildeer area and want hibachi, I recommend giving Tsukasa a try.

Oil oil and more oil. Sesame scallops (while plenty of them) were soaked and the plate was drenched with oil. Didn't have a real sesame flavor either. Fried rice also had a very oily taste and was super shimmery. Soup came somewhat cold. Overall, very mediocre and has gone downhill in my opinion.

A very disappointing experience. I came with my family to celebrate a birthday and the service was off from the start. Orders were taken hastily and with an arrogant impatience. Chef came and cooked ok, shrimp was definitely overcooked & the chicken ?‍♂️. I sincerely hope they sanitize their chicken breast before they come to the prep area because the chef only had one set of utensils for cooking and cutting all the meat/seafood/vegetables and there was no was the raw chicken juices all over his spatula didn't get all over everyone's meals. I'm honestly in shock this place hasn't gotten a bunch of people sick (that we know of). Then the waitress confronted me about an insufficient gratuity even though I wasn't even the one who paid. I feel for the people in the service industry but not for operators who complain to me about not paying their staff, come on...

Food fresh and good quality as always ... this is our regular spot so I hate to have anything negative to say... Owner /general manager? is rude... super rude and for that I may not come back. It's just unnecessary. Service needs improvement... there are other quality sushi spots up the road so maybe work on those gray areas...

Good food, god service, location is not as nice as others but it works. Get the fillet and shrimp every time.
