Phone line is ridiculous. They have one line for customers and for credit card machine. Very different to call and place an order as the line is always busy. And if it does happen to ring they won't answer it. Very frustrating.

Absolutely the best Italian food anywhere in the state of Illinois. If you haven’t been to Alfano's Pizza in Knoxville, you are completely missing out. The stuff breadsticks are totally over the top and an actual trademark item. Their meatballs are the best I have ever had anywhere in America. Not far off of I-74, TOTALLY worth driving out of your way, I promise.
You can also get them to go either baked or unbaked, you’ll wish you had a few days later!!

Have to pay upfront for subpar food. The salad was wilted, garlic bread was hard tac, veal parmesan and ravioli not worth eating, sauce was pretty much tomato sauce. Pretty much paid 40 with a tip to not eat.

Had some trouble getting through on the phone but in the end it was worth it. Hand tossed pizza, cheese strips and cinnamon mini bites were all excellent!

I am so disappointed to write this. We used to get great food and service here, but I've noticed it going downhill and tonight I reached my breaking point. We ordered and paid for cheese bread, pizza, a sandwich, and cinna minis. The owner asked if I wanted the cheese bread as an appetizer and since we had over an hour to eat, I said sure. We received our appetizer and food, but no dessert. I went up to the counter, as time was getting short and asked about them. She lied to me and said that I had requested them later. She only asked about the appetizer and NEVER mentioned dessert. Mind you we have been here over an hour. We waited about ten more minutes and had to leave. She tried to tell me at this point that they would be right out and she wanted to give them to me. I tried to explain that we did not have time to eat them and had to get to a church service. We walked out without our food and was not offered compensation or a coupon for a later date. She only offered the food that we did not have time to wait for or eat. It was horrible customer service and being lied to and made out to be a liar was ridiculous.

Food great! Owner nasty! She treated us with disrespect as soon as we walked in and then my kid got pop because he went ahead to get drinks and didn’t realize he was supposed to get water she yelled at him then he gladly dumped it out, it was miscommunication but the way she felt with it was wrong. Then got uncomfortable glares from across the restaurant.Won’t be back here.
