Ya know I’ve been in the serving industry for 20+ Years and I always try and give restaurants the benefit of doubt BUT I’ve givin you guys WAY to many chances. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from you guys for some reason my food is NEVER correct. I order the cheesesteak tacos without onions & guess what. Onions. I order a steak buritto with JUST steak, queso & pico. You guessed it Onions, peppers and who knows what else. Why is it you can go to your partner restaurant Guacamole Grill and my orders are always right but god forbid it’s right one single time, because it hasn’t been. Clearly people don’t take orders correctly or make them correct or maybe you just don’t care. 🤷🏼♀️
We were looking forward to axe throwing. One of the lanes we were given was so deteriorated that when I removed an axe, a chunk of wood roughly 4x18" fell out of the center, and we were still expected to play the lane. I had thrown 3, maybe 4 times when that happened, and I quit after that. The rest of the party was on another lane. The experience was so lacking that we left before our first 30 minutes was even up. We were offered no apology, improvement, nothing. And of course, charged a full rate. Very disapppinting, and genuinely didn't feel like they cared about the axe throwing area. Would not recommend.
Out of 5 lanes, we were given one with the center board so chopped up that a piece about 18"x4" fell out, and they still expected us to play it. I was able to throw 3 or 4 times while the rest of my group was on another lane. We ended before our 30 minutes & left. The staff didn't seem to notice or mind that we had board problems. No apology, no offer to assist, nothing. I'd share pics if I could figure it out, it was that bad.
My server Ashley was absolutely terrible she came to our table introduced herself and never saw her again accept to bring our food and never refilled our drinks never brought us things we asked for. Would absolutely love to come again because the food " when we actually got it was fantastic" but If she's our server I will leave immediately

Nothing to write home about. Food was ok, not great not bad. Fries were served in a variety of conditions which baffled me. Some cold, some warm at best. most mush, some with a little crisp none crispy. Wings are flavorful but are nearly the size of a traditional drum and less the size you'd expect from a "typical wing".
Overall disappointed, but happy to know that I won't ever crave food from this establishment.
**The lackluster food will keep you from having repeat customers.

We ate a variety of items from menu. The menu said they offer smashburgers. Instead it was a from the freezer hockey puck. Hubby ordered a loaded hot dog and got something totally different. Chips and salsa were decent.
We would not go back.

Used to eat there but food has really changed since knew owners. Used to have Wonderful thick tenderloins but now they are thinner then what you get at a dairy queen. Definitely will not be back

Review is for a wedding rehearsal diner:
We first visited when they first opened under the original management. We had a great time, food, and service. At this time we let the manager know we wanted our rehearsal diner their many months in advance. We agreed on terms of food buffet and axe throwing. She stated we were going on her books and to get ahold of her three weeks before to confirm numbers as we gave her a range of 30-40 people. We could not get ahold of her and the restaurant stated we would get back to you when we called three weeks before.
The Monday of the wedding the new manager had called us and said we were not on their books and have no record as the old manager left, but would honor hosting the event. We wanted to have a burger buffet with two sides and the free axe throwing included like before. She agreed to the axe throwing but said it would be easiest to order individually with one drink order under the same tab. The manager assured us she would be there helping the entire night.
When we arrived we found out the waitresses where not aware of the party situation and started individual tabs for everyone. We discussed with the new manager what was going on and sent a waitress to get drink orders, she only took one tables worth of orders at that time. We arrived at 5pm and our food orders were not taken until 6, everyone was to choose there topping and one of two choices for a side. At this same time the manager had left to go home for the day.
Following orders we talked to a waitress about opening up axe throwing as it was already 7pm with no food. As people started to sign the waiver it was brought to our attention axe throwing will cost us $20 per person, per hour, and we had 34 people. We told her of the agreement and the waitress would not honor it since the manager left.
At about 830pm our food started to come out. There was no order to what came out and the waitress scribbled over the orders so you could not tell what was what. It also made it more difficult as a majority of the orders were wrong. The bride and groom ended up serving the food and taking new orders to get the food correct. At this time we regret we did not force them into a buffet, and we did sit next to where buffet type serving tables and dishes were.
We do give the server credit for serving all 34 of us alone and did force them to give her the full tip as the owner wanted it split with a server that was not helping. In the end they did not charge us for axe throwing and gave us a slight discount on food. This took a long conversation with our brides maid and server not tied to our order to get.

Every single time I order out from there they legit can’t get it right. I get the simplest thing and it’s either missing something or just plain messed up. Y’all need to get it together.
