I’m sharing this review in the hopes that management somehow sees. We stopped today while on the road and were served by Ricky. It was Father’s Day and my husband, two children, and I were driving home from a family visit out of state. I have not been impressed with Restaurant staff in a very long time! However I want this company to recognize the people that work nights at Loves gas stop in Knoxville I’ll.. the guy that worked Sunday 25 of January was so amazing!! You are lucky to have someone like him that works!!
The young lady running the restaurant by her self was very friendly and courteous. Made my meal without hesitation or attitude. Went back on 5/8/19 at about 2100 hrs and did NOT get the same. Gentleman said he had to hand bread my chicken gizzards(first excuse) and secondly that he had done his fryers for the night. I spend about 40 bucks a week(yeah whatever) On livers and gizzards as nowhere else sells them..and that was a loss for the company that night.. Tighten up son..
