$19 for a meal supervised, gave me a cold burger bc waiting on colder fries. They replaced the fries but looked annoyed about it. Its a trckstop one too which makes it worse because maybe a 14 hour shift for cold food? Eat at the loves or McDonalds across the street. Doesnt matter how times ive given that specific Hardee's a chance they disappoint.

My parents and I were on our way home from the hospital in Peoria and we were hungry. Went through the drive through and ordered our burgers, fries and a shake. The burgers looked like somebody sat on them and they were cold, as were the fries. My dad did enjoy the shake. Won't go back!!

Stopped in around 6:30pm. Just two girls working and they were doing a great job. The floors were freshly mopped and bathroom looked clean. My order didn't take long and everything tasted great. Very Impressed

I was there Friday 11/21/25 at 6:30 pm I’m from the Quad City’s and I just had the best roast beef sandwich from this Hardee’s. And it’s been a long time since I had anything good from Hardee’s! And the only reason I gave you a four stars is because the curly fries were cold, but ladies your service was rock solid!!!!

There are three people working here this morning. I arrived at 10:00 and people kept on coming in. Even though wait times are a little bit longer than what some people are used to and a few people were complaining, these three were working very quickly, very efficiently, and was actually getting the orders right. They were even adaptive in their roles to what was needed at the time and took care of it. There's no possible way with all the people that kept coming in, as well as a drive-thru, that they could have moved any faster. What I saw here this morning was peak performance by all three employees. It is truly a rare sight to see, especially in the younger people who are naturally lacking in years of experience. Very well done.

$16 for a medium bacon double cheeseburger fry and a Coke the hamburger was so dry and you couldn’t put enough sauce on it if you got mayonnaise and french fries
