Just came from this one in Knoxville, waited 20 minutes for my food with one car ahead of me get the food the fries are so salty. I can’t even eat them and my cheeseburger is cold and it was supposed to have only ketchup and it has pickles on it too very disappointed.

This has been the third time these people cannot get my order right!....I ordered a fish meal.... chicken mcnugget meal..,and double cheese burger.....I get home and the only thing that is right is the mcnugget meal....maybe the fn owner of this franchise needs to be more envolved...,a bunch of incompetent rude people working there.....I will never spend a dime in this location.... Galesburg is so much better.....nothing like getting ripped off again! Shame on me for giving people too many chances!

DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU ARE A TRUCKER!! IT WILL JUST RUN YOUR CLOCK My husband and I got held up here for over an hour and only ordered one meal, manager lady had the worst attitude said we were lucky she made the food we paid for, the kiosk didn't print a receipt for us and my husband told them that and we showed our bank proving we paid but they said they needed a receipt to make it they acted like we were trying to lie and steal we showed them our bank proving we paid… the kiosk didn't give the receipt. I called corporateas well! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!

Ever since they got new management it’s slowly going downhill. Either they need to get new people in or change the management. I haven’t been going to this McDonald’s hardly anymore. I would usually order a fry through the drive through but the last couple of times they were either cold or not fully cooked. One day I ordered the Big Mac Chicken and it was pretty good. Then decided to order it again and it was alright it wasn’t as good maybe because it was colder. Maybe it will be better again so I tried it again for the third time and I received a Big Mac. I was very disappointed at that plus the fries were cold. After that I have not been recommending this place. It use to be pretty good like how a normal McDonald’s should be. Athis rate it will probably slowly turn into the Galesburg McDonald’s.

I ordered a McRib (no onions & extra pickles). I received plenty of onions so I took it back to the counter. I then received it with 2 pickles. I had to go back and get more pickles. The fries were soggy and barely cooked. The floor by the fountain drinks was very wet with liquid (slip hazard). The employees were more worried about the drive thru than helping at the counter or cleaning up the spill. One employee came out with a towel and cleaned the counter up but not the floor.

The bathroom (women’s) was disgustingly filthy. The floor by the fountain drinks was covered in pop and we told the employees they said they’d get to it; we watched him come out and wipe down the counter while standing in the mess we mentioned. My coworker had to get his order fixed Twice! The employees are just as rude as the atmosphere of the whole place!!! I used to love coming to this McDonald location, sad to see how bad it’s went to hell!
