Poor management. This Panera used to be sooo much better years ago! This manager sucks! Watch your step! They mop the floors and do NOT put wet floor signs up anywhere. If something is spilled on the floor there are NO wet floor signs anywhere. BEWARE WHEN GOING HERE.

They are the worst .. the food was so hard and taste bad, cold ?, non professional staff. People who make the food they couldn’t handle the situation, they offer the same bad sandwich the soups was good like usual but salads and sandwiches were ugly and taste like hell The manager not professional at all she couldn’t handle her store it was loud full of kids they were bad behavior with the staff and the place is a total mess!! I asked to fill a complaint form she literally lied to me and said the only way to do so is through their own website which they don’t have I am regular customer and tried almost most of Chicago’s branches they all great but this one ☝️

Service was decent. Food came out quickly food good but rhey were out of many items and drinks. I thought they were closing soon but realized it was 2pm Needs more motivated staff - Many tables were not clean and there many dirty dishes with no one attending them. Was there for over 90min.

Stopped in to grab a cinnamon crunch bagel, sold out. Decided to grab the southwest salad to try, bad idea. I was truly disappointed in the presentation & the price for this little side salad. I expected a much better salad from Panera?

Consistently the best! The staff is friendly, and you can easily distinguish the friendly ones from the rest. For instance, when requesting a change from bread to chips, they happily provide both options or take the bread away respectfully instead of throwing it in the trash.
