Yesterday I had waited and hour & half to get my ordered delivered it wasn't a huge one, food was dry & over cooked and cold, Normally y'all are on point fast delivery ,hot food, was not happy.

Ordered pizza to pickup and arrived ontime 27 minutes later when I was told it would be ready. They had given pizza away to another person. Instead of an apology, they blamed it on new employee and wanted me to pay full price and wait while they remade pizza. I couldn’t complain on Risati website because this location isn’t listed—it is obviously a fraud so I should feel lucky I didn’t get a lousy, fake pizza. Stay away for your own health.

Ordered food and marked it for contactless delivery the driver BamBam started to yell and bang on my window scaring my son and then ringing random doorbells and then when I tipped him he said OH WOW and the store manager called and didn’t help with anything didn’t offer a refund or any resolution horrible management and very unprofessional Don’t order from here
