I placed an order online and was charged, but when I arrived to pick up my food, I was told they never received my order. Even after showing proof of the charge, the employee offered no real help and made no effort to resolve the issue caused by their system. I was told I’d have to wait for a refund but still couldn’t get my order. Very disappointing customer service—I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

This is our go to location on route to Brookfield zoo. Location is run by a father son duo and they are very courteous & generous. Our sandwiches were very well made. The owner treated our kids with free chips and drinks.

Their closing hours are until 10pm but they turned off all the lights literally an hour before. On top of that they didn’t want to make anything since they closed their register. Not only that, they also didn’t toast any of the sandwiches and rolled their eyes at everything. Save your money and don’t go to this location!!

Customer service doesn’t even exist. AI robots would have better interaction. Also very cheap on all toppings and sauces. Eating this dry sandwich as we speak. Never again
