Just paid $5 for a slice of sausage pizza that had 2 small bits of sausage on it, and it tasted like cardboard…and no crushed pepper available for customers…crap

Great staff and great food! The pizza is amazing! Even with a full restaurant and lots of takeout orders, our food was delivered quickly. Brynn and Brennan made our experience a good one! Will be back soon. A neighborhood gem❤️

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in the door at 4:30 p.m.The place was practically empty only one other table with two people at it who had their food. I ordered a cheese panzarotti and my husband ordered a sausage panzarotti The waitress brought one panzarotti with sausage in it I looked at her and said Where's mine she said oh you wanted one too. I said yes she said okay I'll put the order in I said okay one cheese panzarotti baked. 40 minutes later she comes to the table finally with my food I cut into it it is a panzarotti filled with sausage. It's a hour later and I'm still waiting they just told me it'll be about a half hour for the next one not even an apology from the manager who came to the table and she said well she didn't hear you I said well she didn't hear me both times?? the first time I ordered and then the second time when I reordered. Still no apology just an attitude from her as well. Absolutely ridiculous no apology. The waitress now just came by and asked if we're ready for our check it is 5:45 I said could I please have my food it still has not arrived she looked confused and walked away from me. 6 pm now and the waitress just asked me if I would like to take it to go ?? I still haven't gotten it. Now the bill just arrived and we were overcharged refills are free on pop. She had to get the manager to look that up. In my opinion the whole bill should have been taken care of by management but no that did not happen. When you go to a restaurant you want to sit with your person and have a nice dinner not have one person eat while the other one watches for almost 2 hours. I think it could have been handled differently by management

Excellent food, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. Cozy neighborhood place that we enjoy fairly regularly and would recommend. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions.

Terrible service. We waited over an hour just for the waiter to confirm our order while tables that arrived after us were almost done eating. Never got to try the food and don’t plan to return.

This is a kind of quaint, little place with good Italian food. My husband, daughter and I went there for lunch, on a Sunday, right when it opened at 1 PM. Though it's in LaGrange, it's a little off of the bougie path, on the North side of the tracks. It was quiet whe we were there, but the food was really good. Everything was fresh, and made there. I had the Chicken Marsala, which actually has a creamy, garlic sauce with mushrooms as opposed to the usual clear wine type of sauce. It was delicious. My husband had chicken Parmesian, and my daughter had mostaccioli with a marinera sauce. I think it was maybe a bit grown up for her tastes (because it wasn't Ragu), but she ate part of it. I will definitely go back to try more of the dishes, and they have pizza too. I liked it, and the prices weren't over the top silly.

Is this a 5 star restaurant? No. Is it a neighborhood staple worth a try? Absolutely. My godmother suggested this place to us and we meeting up about 2-3 times/year to eat pizza and watch my toddler watch the trains go by.

If you come with kids, request a window seat. Leave the stroller in the car. This place is too small to have strollers. They do have wooden high chairs.

My tot loves the meatballs, and their pizza is your classic tavern style pizza cut into squares. The sausage is good. The giardinara has a kick. The calamari was good and crispy.
Cute place for dinner with family, friends, or a date night.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs, but not sure how many.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not really wheelchair accessible because there's a step up from the street leading into and a tight double door/corridoor

Pizza only review here. After Pisa Pizza was purchased by some idiot who’s never had a pizza before, and eventually ruined by chase for more profits, I had to find a new pizza place after 30 years.

Someone had commented on my review to give this place a try, so I did. And oh boy am I glad. This place hits the spot. I’d say the pizza is almost perfect. If you miss old piss pizza, this place is better, cheaper easier to park at, not in a weird shady alley, and you can sit down and eat with your family like a real restaurant. I will be coming back next weekend to try out more since their menu is actually wild and has extremely fair pricing compared to everyone else. As long as they change absolutely nothing, this is our new weekend pizza place and will be telling everyone who used to shop at pizza to have them F off and come down to Antonino’s

Overall, a good dining experience. The entrees were well prepared and quite tasty. The side of minestrone soup was also pretty good. They had run out of fresh bread, so we were stuck with the kitchen bread which was clearly not recently made. Coupled with a less than stellar burrata salad, the meal didn’t start off the best. However, it got much better with the main dishes. Huge selection, easy to get to location with parking at the train station, and fair prices… I would go back here again.

Vegetarian options: As per usual, the restaurant offers standard vegetarian dishes that you’d find at any Italian place.

Really great, traditional Italian menu. Great for vegetarians, we had spinach lasagne, eggplant parm and pizza. The staff was very attentive. The chocolate gelato with a hazelnut gelato center, covered in cocoa powder, sitting on chocolate sauce, was heavenly. Nice outdoor area in the sidewalk.

Vegetarian options: Spinach lasagna, eggplant parm, veggie pizza.

Kid-friendliness: The kids loved watching the trains and we also let them walk down the dead end street to a park (we could still see them).

A must try! We came in on a Friday, before the dinnertime rush, without a reservation and were able to be seated right away. The food was great (thin crust chicken alfredo pizza, bruschetta tradicionale, and cannoli), the place was beautiful, and the sevice was exceptional. If I am in town again, I will definitely return!
