I usually am satisfied with my quick chipotle meals, but today I was served cold vegetables, cold beans, and very meager portions for my kids quesadilla meal. It was also baffling how the “sides” were 1.60 each; the sides were sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Not rice nor beans. Those are egregious prices for tiny plastic cups of sides, and that price is not reflected in the menu. Usually I get these as complimentary sides at my local chipotle.

Oct16. 3 hours to close and they're selling with no lettuce. They don't even tell you until your bowl is made and at the end. No discount or anything either. Sure it's cheap but the lettuce is one of the toppers. Can't catch a break with Chicago land locations
Tried this one after the one close to them completely got my online order wrong. Guess what same thing. Never order online 2/3 chipotle website order wrong and the one on Harlem had like 1/2 C of sour cream.
This one didn't refund me over the phone so I either gotta try online or go back which doesn't work when you trust your order to be good for work. Will be going back and the manager Gabe will correct it with a new bowl. Don't know when is bother going back but until then, another letdown. The bowl was underfilled and flat as paper making sure it wouldn't top the rim too.
Notice the chicken pieces , wrong beans , peppers ,no corn. Just a completely different order and I'm SOL on a lunch for work. Wonder why they don't spend $5 and deliver it to have a returning customer. 🤦😒

I had went into chipotle to pick up food. I had gotta 1 burrito and 1 bowl. As one of the worker was starting to make both he proceeded to put 1 scoop of rice on my burrito and then put more than 2 scoops of rice into the bowl. It’s not usut the rice that was extremely unfair, but eveything else that was put onto them was unequal, he filled the bowl way more then he did the burrito. When I had had taken home the food and gave the bowl to my little brother, he couldn’t even finish his food with how much they gave his bowl compared to mine which was such a little out compared to his. Their portions are very unfair and disappointing just because I got a burrito i deserve less? Wow chipotle you have lost a customer.

first and foremost, this is indeed bigback activity. But just wanted to share my experience today. The first young lady did a great job, scooping the rice and the meat. It went down hill when the older lady (late 40s prolly 50) then took over for the cold ingredients, I asked for cheese on my bowl, and shawty pinched some on there like it was salt. asked for a side of cheese to get the “normal”(like a generous little 5 finger pinch), and she said it’ll be an additional cost. Paid it graciously, but just wanted to share how ridiculous this was. For a second I thought the cheese was coming out her paycheck the way she was putting it on 😂

Don’t get the carne asada — I had to take 11 bites out of my mouth because I couldn’t chew through it. I’m glad I was eating alone at home instead of in the Chipotle or I would have been very embarrassed. So tough and chewy like rubber. Ick!

Out of chicken and we didn’t want to pay extra for the other options. Guy at the front of the line said they’d mark both (carnitas and beef barbacoa) as chicken since it was a 15 minute wait for chicken. Made our burrito bowls and then a short bearded guy who I assume was the manager told him they couldn’t do that and we walked out. If you ask me, the guy at the front of the line was 100% right. The guy at the end of the line was 100% wrong. Dude was a complete jerk about it as well. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t bother going here.
There was hair in my food and didn’t want to give me a free bowl or a refund because I didn’t have a receipt and I’m pregnant as well so if anything happens to me trust there will be a issue
