I spent $18 on two icecreams. My husband's was good but mine was mediocre at best. I ordered the new nutterbutter icecream and it tasted like a vanilla icecream with some fudge. They put one nutterbutter in there. For $18 I expected better than that. It's not like they were even busy and rushing. I wish I didn't tip them! The tip they should have gotten was learn how to do your job. I ordered online and picked up my order, so of course because I gave them a tip, I thought I might get some sort of decent quality out of them. I will never be back. I haven't been to a cold stone in years, and I see I wasn't missing much. I honestly wish I could get my money back. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed.

Was okay.. but asked for Oreo icecream with crushed Oreos added , butter pecan with extra pecans and nothing was added!!
So basically paid 16.00 for 2 plain flavored ice cream when I can go to Jewel or Walmart and get 2 half gallons for 10.00!! Never again just had a mother/son date at the movies next door and ice cream to finish our date and ended up bummed ..

Twice in a row, I was given the mint mint chocolate chip instead of the cookie minster and this was with an online order. Also twice in a row, they forgot my waffle bowl. Be sure to check your order and check it well.

Went there for Mother’s Day and they stated packed. The young lady who waited on me was patient and nice. Ice cream was good and the portions were enough. I was stuffed after I ate the ice cream.

This Is an Ice Cream Place Where Your Wallet Gets Licked More Than Your Ice Cream Cone

I walked into Cold Stone expecting a sweet treat. What I got was an existential crisis in a waffle bowl.

Let’s talk about the portion sizes. For the price they’re charging, I was expecting them to fill the cup all the way to the top and some more like what many other places do. You know, like they actually want you to feel like you got your money’s worth. Instead, they daintily dropped a scoop smack in the middle of the cup like they were afraid of overfeeding me, leaving enough empty space to rent out as a studio apartment.

And it’s not just me. Scroll through the reviews and you’ll see a recurring theme: “Where’s the ice cream?” It’s like a dairy-themed game of Hide and Seek, except the ice cream is losing… and so are we. Cold Stone’s responses? Oh, they read the complaints. They reply politely. And then? Nothing. Lip service topped with sprinkles of “we’re not changing a thing.”

And the prices? Brace yourself: $20 for two mid-sized cups of ice cream. For that, I was hoping for a life-changing dessert experience. What I got was a reminder that I should have just gone to one of those places where they’re happy to pile it high without a side of regret.

Not returning. If I wanted to spend a fortune and leave unsatisfied, I’d go to an overpriced theme park without riding any rides.

literally drove so far for some ice cream and they were closed an hour and half before the listed close time. They need to update their hours.

Worst cold stone I've ever been to. Workers are lazy. My resses shack was made as resses milk.

?? Hey fellow Google Maps users! ☺️ I went to Cold Stone Creamery in La Grange on 7/02/24 (Tuesday) with my boyfriend, his younger brother, & their cousin. This was my first time coming this location. I love Cold Stone and it truly never disappoints. I think it’s located at a perfection location because it’s right next to the Classic Cinemas La Grange Theatre.

? Food: I ordered my usual, a Coffee Lovers Only. There’s no Cold Stones near me, so I had to treat myself by getting a Gotta Have It/Large size. It reminds me of Jamoca from Baskin Robbins.

? Atmosphere: I loved the atmosphere. I went on a really hot day, so it felt nice walking into the cold that is Cold Stone. ?

⭐️ Customer Service: I thought the customer service was good. The cashier that took my order was really nice. Make sure to tell the cashier your phone number if you’re a rewards members to get those points.

? Overall Experience: Overall, I had a good experience at Cold Stone Creamery in La Grange. I would highly recommend this place if you’re craving some dessert after getting some food around the area and/or watching a movie at the Classic Cinemas La Grange Theatre which is right next door.

? I hope this review helps Cold Stone Creamery in general, Cold Stone Creamery @ La Grange, & its current and future customers.

Have an amazing day! ☺️

Parking: There’s a parking lot, parking garage, & street parking which is all FREE. Street parking is hit or miss, so I totally recommend parking at the parking lot or parking garage. ?

Ordered a strawberry sundae and 3 milkshakes. The sundae was strawberry ice cream with a spoon of whip cream and to top it off had ice chunks it in it. Milkshakes had more whip cream than milkshake.

I was in on a Tuesday June 25th. With my 5 boys & they were not silent especially my toddler. Jasmine H. Was the sweetest and with more patience ever in the day. She was very helpful. You guys would be crazy if you let her go. Thank you for making me feel calm and understood. ?
