Crumbl - La Grange

Today’s visit was a not so pleasant, at the store checkout there is a sign the clearly says free samples, upon asking the clerk for a free sample he said we don’t have any free samples, I asked so why do you clearly have a sign that says free samples is that not misleading the customers? He replied well we don’t have any. I bought a box of cookies only because it was my nieces first visit to this store. But the service was absolutely terrible, was it because we were of Hispanic descent? I felt absolutely mistreated. I will never visit this location ever and I will tell everyone i know about this place. I work at a hospital with many employees they will all know about the treatment in this location.

so the cookies were really good just get sweet really easy and filling The service took a little bit long, but was totally worth it, and the store was clean except for a little dirt

Great, friendly service. Clean store. Disappointed they were out of the peanut butter brownie cookie. Oh well! Will just have to go back.

I just left. The cashier did the mandatory greeting but he was unhelpful. He saw I didn't know how to add my phone number to get points and just stood there and then talked to me condescendingly. Just help. No need for that. And I gave him a tip.

The cookies are great but the last couple of times I went there, nobody acknowledged any customers. No hello. No nothing. There is just a touch screen to order your own cookies. They hand you the box before you leave, but it’s a very impersonal experience.

The best cookies that I tried!
When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess

I always have a good experience at this location, the staff is always so nice in spite of how busy they always are. Definitely recommend this location and of course the delicious Crumbl cookies.
