It’s unfortunate that I have to rate this place one star and make this review but considering the treatment we received I find it necessary. We came in yesterday afternoon and an older woman with glasses took our order. She weighed our yogurts and was quick to give us our total before I could add in an order for boba. As I did she felt it was necessary to say, “You couldn’t have told me that before I rang you up?”. I was quite shocked with her response considering the place was empty. I withdrew the order as I found her comment inappropriate. It seems like she tried to make up for it afterwards but at that point she just made us feel unwelcome. I hope management takes the time to address this employee and her customer service.

My friend and I wanted to get some frozen yogurt before going to the movies. We walked in asking for certain flavors and ingredients, but the lady behind the counter wasn’t welcoming and was giving attitude.

This used to be my favorite fro-yo place in DTLG until the terrible way we were greeted and treated tonight, Tuesday Nov. 18th 2025. This place closes at 9PM, and we got there at 8:40. The girl working rolled her eyes as we walked in, obviously because she was hoping to leave early. She already had all the chairs flipped, ingredients away, and was mopping the floors. We didn’t even get a hello (she must have thought the eye roll was a customary greeting). I had to ask for toppings since she had so hopefully put them away already, and you would have thought I asked her to chop her own arm off.
I hope the managers, owners, and anyone else with a vested interest in the company investigate this woman’s work behavior and that disciplinary action is taken. What a disappointment.
