I think this location could benefit from having a few more employees during busy times. It might help orders go out faster and reduce the wait for customers. The staff is doing their best, but with more help, the experience could be even better. This restaurant has lots of potential.. With that small change, the customer experience here could be amazing.

This is a kiosk and drive-thru only. No registers with humans. Make of that what you will. Other than that, its a McDonald's. No longer the food value it once was.

The store manager specifically today August 6, 2025, usually attends inappropriately and I am gentle with the adjective, she is even rude to her employees and it is uncomfortable to see. I'm sorry to see this, I think there should be respect for customers and employees

Look, I really don’t expect anything from McDonald’s staff. I don’t need them to smile and wave or to put their heart and soul into it. But is it really too much for them to actually close the lid on the drink? It splashed everywhere.

If I could give zero stars I would! I asked for my entire order fresh, they gave me nothing fresh. I also was handed my drink with everything spilling out of the sides. I call to say something, and speak to Rosina. If that’s even her name. She refuses to take my name down but says come back for something free. Who would know that I could even receive something free? What if you aren’t there, now I am paying for potential terrible service again!? I then say I’d feel more comfortable if you took my name down or something. She says well I’m sorry and hangs up. You all need to hire better people to give good customer service! People have long days and we don’t need you adding to them with no respect or courtesy to people ! And if that’s a manager and this is a corporate location, you all need to train better!

They pay zero attention to anyone in the lobby. I stood at the counter staring at them for 15 minutes even waving hand motions trying to get their attention. This has happened to me multiple times at this location since they remodeled it. Worst service in the world. The time you'll wait for help it would just be faster to drive to the countryside location.
