I can say we have not had much issue with food quality. Food I have picked up has been hot and made to order. I am just disappointed with some aspects. I wish the menu had items other McDonalds has. It seems very limited and the are other items at different locations in the city. My kiddo loves the play place and we are so grateful the family who owns these locations has kept that aspect going for our community. That space is important for our youth. There are not a lot of spaces...

Unfriendly staff, I had never used the ordering machines before and it was difficult for me to place the order. I asked for help but they did not give me any instructions. I placed a duplicate order. The staff should help. It made me sad. I live in this city and I was very excited to go eat there. I felt discriminated against.

This is a new concept McDonald's coffee shop so be aware the old days are gone in in ur face ordering ..so learn the menu go do it yourself and see if u can get a job later working drive through because u are the one placing the order ...this puts safety first to the employee which I'm grateful for and people just have to get up from their Fat butts and do it themselves..It's all cool with me!!
