Tried a couple of the new menu items, and they did not disappoint. The Cajun dish and the noodles and steak dish were SO good. The LaGrange IL location does a great job in preparing the food and their customer service is great as well!

Been coming here for more than 10 yrs and honestly, this location has got to be the best one around. The noodles aren't overcooked like in some other disappointing locations and their new menu is a MUST TRY. The service was great, everyone was happy to help and so welcoming. Will most definitely be coming back .

Terrible customer service skills. We were kicked out by a male employee who assumed we weren’t going to order anything. We walked in & asked the worker at the register if we could use the bathroom, She was super sweet & said that it was fine & even showed us to the bathroom. Afterwards we were contemplating on ordering something to go for dinner. It was 7:30 pm at the time, so it wasn’t even near closing & a male worker came up to us in an incredibly aggressive manor saying “if you guys aren’t going to order anything then you need to leave” Although we did decide on ordering to go, we no longer wanted to eat there since that made us uncomfortable. So we just said okay & that we were about to leave. His response to that was “no, you need to leave now”. I understand they must get a lot of teenagers who loiter… but my friend & I are clearly adults. We weren’t causing a disturbance at all. We weren’t talking loudly or being disruptive. We simply just wanted to sit while we make a decision on if we were going to order from there, or go elsewhere. I understand a lot of places have this rule that you can’t sit/use their bathrooms unless you buy something. & we wouldn’t have had an issue with it if it was said nicely. But it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. & how he said was incredibly rude & aggressive. How did he know we weren’t planning on getting anything ? we work in the area, I work down the street from this location. We’re pretty regular customers & have never had an issue until today. This incident made us rethink coming here. We will not be back.
Update: Called the location today to explain the situation to the general manager & although she was nice, she wasn’t very helpful at all. I work in customer service as well & I can tell you right now with employees like this the business at this location will go completely down hill in no time!

I’ve been coming here for a while now and the food is always great. One of the younger male cashiers (didn’t quite catch his name, unfortunately) has a bit of an attitude when you say you don’t want the meal option. However, the food was still good. 4 stars.
