I was literally stuck at the train track, called the store to let them know, and train always passing. I got there at literally 359, my daughter ran to the shop, amd the girl saw her run, turned 4 and locked the door. Can't believe they couldn't wait for a customer that came from far, trying to run, and couldn't be polite to serve her. But I guess ill be going to buy somewhere else.

On October 13th my dad went to pick up a cake for my momâs birthday. I ordered it online for pickup. When he got there he called me saying the girl working at the counter didnât want to give him the cake because he had to show proof that he ordered it? Thatâs absolutely ridiculous. Ive ordered before and never have I been asked to show â confirmationâ of my order. This happened around 3pm . I will never order from this location again. Rude employee.
UPDATE: The owner replied to my review and asked me to send an email to have my issue â properly addressed â I sent the email 2 weeks ago and I still havenât received a response back.

WE have gone here a few times and noticed the oils they use for baking does not agree with my stomach. The deals are not that great also, as you can purchase similar cakes at local grocery stores for better made and larger verity.
Ordered many times & have been pleased but this week I ordered a birthday cake & bought 2 small bundts all 3 were very very dry definitely not the quality we are used to.

We will get one of their Bundt cakes as a nice treat for an evening and have ordered their small Bundt cakes for parties.They have a number of flavors as well as a great gluten-free chocolate chip. Besides the rewards program, the staff is great, and they always have cakes available. If youâre looking for a little sweet treat, check it out. They have great cakes there, only complaint I have is everyone is friendly except the little short girl with glasses has a bit of an attitude but everyone else nice and helpful .
