Just recently bought a Biscoff cake from there & it was AMAZING the staff here are super friendly & they even gave me cute plates & forks with the cake 🍰 Oh they even gave me two candles for it as well great experience & definitely will be going back to this location 💯

Amazing experience they have such a great staff I had ordered a 10 inch cake and they gave me a 8 inch they called me and apologized I went back for the 10 inch cake and they told me to keep the other one and gave me a refund and a small cake for the inconvenience thank you so much !! I called to place an order with this franchise in LaGrange, IL. The guy took my information. Then had to ask the manager something about delivery. He left me on hold for 25 minutes. I called back and proceeded to get a woman who basically lectured me for 10 minutes on their process and said their policy is to take part of an order when they are busy and leave you waiting or call you back when THEY HAVE TIME. In the course of the 10 minute lecture, she could have finished my order. n 30 years, of conducting customer service and receiving it, I have never heard of a company doing this. I'd like to add that the website showed it was not busy. This franchise has zero customer service skills... Soooo disappointing! Service: 1

I was literally stuck at the train track, called the store to let them know, and train always passing. I got there at literally 359, my daughter ran to the shop, amd the girl saw her run, turned 4 and locked the door. Can't believe they couldn't wait for a customer that came from far, trying to run, and couldn't be polite to serve her. But I guess ill be going to buy somewhere else.

On October 13th my dad went to pick up a cake for my mom’s birthday. I ordered it online for pickup. When he got there he called me saying the girl working at the counter didn’t want to give him the cake because he had to show proof that he ordered it? That’s absolutely ridiculous. Ive ordered before and never have I been asked to show “ confirmation” of my order. This happened around 3pm . I will never order from this location again. Rude employee.
UPDATE: The owner replied to my review and asked me to send an email to have my issue “ properly addressed “ I sent the email 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received a response back.
