We had a great dining experience at Prasino made even more enjoyable by Matthew. As busy as the restaurant was, there is an ease and calmness with the servers. We had such a great time and will definitely return.
Fabulous food, drinks and service. The decor is modern and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and allowed us to stay after dinner and you didn't feel rushed. Lighting was lowered while we were there but that touch added to the ambiance. The meal was delicious and larger than expected at a fair price. We had burgers with roasted potatoes that were seasoned perfectly. Staff made sure we had water as compared to many establishments where you have to ask for a glass of water....
I love Prasino. I come often and I have had very pivotal career meetings here. Yesterday was different; I brought my family to rest, relax and restore. Admittedly, the service started out AWFUL!!! Coffee and no sugar for 15 minutes so the coffee is now cold AND forgot the spinach artichoke dip as our appetizer AND one tiny syrup for the entire table AND...I could go on and on...BUT I HAD A TALK WITH OUR SERVER about his poor service and the importance of that meal of Fellowship....
