I stopped to get the new meatloaf meal. I took it to go. When I opened it, I was very disappointed to see 4 extremely thin slices of meatloaf with a tiny bit of sauce and onion ring pieces, and small container of mashed potatoes. The sign said it came with at least one piece of bread, which there was none. And a drink for $15! I was hungry and ate what I had. I was still hungry after I ate! I say this because, I've eaten there over the years and usually have some leftovers! To pay for what should have been a good meal, to be still hungry, is very disappointing. I don't think I will be going back there!

To be clear-this is the second time we have had issues with take-out. The first time was a missing side.
Tonight we ordered and the order came without bbq sauce, without coleslaw on the pulled turkey sandwich, and a piece of plastic in the beef brisket.
This time we called to explain the situation to them. They offered nothing, no coleslaw, no sauce and no replacement for the brisket that was garnished with plastic. The associate spent the whole time arguing with us, and at no time did he apologize.

After speaking with Brad, I am satisfied that things are being handled correctly. I felt heard and he made things right. Things like this happen, and more importantly, things like this are resolved. Thank you, Brad.

Alright, I’m a BBQ snob and this place has me sold. I honestly think I’ve eaten more brisket than anyone I know.

This is the closest thing I’ve had to BBQ down in Texas. Smoke flavor is great, brisket is cut correctly with just enough fat. I’m impressed. The service is whatever but the food itself is awesome. The Memphis sauce on the table is sweet and that’s my favorite when it comes to BBQ sauce.

If you want a quick bite to eat in this area, and enjoy BBQ you will love it.

1. There was plastic in my brisket.
2. There was NO apology when we called.
3. No sides of bbq sauce.

The Papa Q Platter should be renamed the little boy platter because the portion was small for the price. The Burnt ends was a few pieces for $16. Ths was a rip-off

Food is good, but they take the fat off the brisket. Your better off with the burnt ends. Tacos are great with chicken or burnt ends.

I have been a loyal customer for some time, regularly placing both pick-up and dine-in orders. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. I placed a pick-up order for two orders of spicy wings. Unfortunately, the order was prepared incorrectly. They gave me sausage links. Seems to be a common mistake from what I read under multiple reviews. My son went back to address the mistake, and the staff charged him for the correct order, assuring us that a refund for the incorrect order would be issued within 24–48 hours.

When I asked for a refund receipt, I was told it had been given to my son. My son stated he never received one. When I called back, the same staff member insisted that the receipt had been provided and implied that my son must have lost it. By the following Wednesday, the refund had still not appeared in my account. I called again and was told the manager would contact me.

The manager, Ian, left me a voicemail in which he was audibly cursing about having to leave a message. When I returned his call, he dismissed my concerns, stating that it was not a refund but a void—something I had never been told previously. He was abrupt, repeatedly saying he was busy, and ended the call by hanging up on me.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. In this case, the lack of professionalism, inconsistent communication, and dismissive attitude were extremely disappointing.

I am mixed on my review here. I recently had the chance to eat here, the first time for free, the second I paid. I ordered an array of foodies and all were excellent, my only issue is the price. I paid over $50. for enough food to cover 1 person with enough for some seconds.
I feel the price wasn't worth the portions.

I had the Lil Q Platter which is the equivalent of 2 meals for me. It comes with 5 choices of meat, hush puppies, and your choice of 2 sides. The pulled pork and pulled chicken were delicious. The beef brisket burnt ends with spicy aioli was also very good.

For the sides I got the mac & cheese and mexican street corn. Both were fire!!

The service was exceptional. It was our first time and they explained the menu in detail and gave their recommendations. There is also a side station for condiments, silverware, and pickles! You can load up some to go containers with some dills before you go like I did.

If you’re looking for good bbq at a reasonable price, definitely stop by Q BBQ!

Incredibly rude manager. He announces they have no more ribs which is clearly poor planning. And we try to order the Papa Q platter and then he states we are not selling anymore platters because he will not substitute for ribs. Terrible customer service and obviously poor management.

We love q BBQ in Lagrange (haven't been to the others) delicious food, we get the papa q platter with one extra side for our family of 4 (teen and toddler 2 adults) which is normally French fries or Mac and cheese for our picky eaters. when we add on our parents we get 2 -3 extra sides plus a slab or half slab of ribs. Always happy and full. I do suggest upgrading and getting those brussel sprouts 100% worth it. Doing the math the platter plus a side and 4 drinks we spend about 13 per person and get more than enough food. If having a super large group though ,(7+) I'd maybe do carryout or look into catering options

Today I had an issue and I spoke with a shift leader manager about an issue I was having with UBER Eats. He said, no worries we will figure this out together, he was cordial and helped me trouble shoot the issue. I think Max deserves a raise soon, I like the fact that he was willing to stay on the line and figure out the issue at hand. I lived in Lyons and would order lbs of brisket all the time, now that I live on the 79th and Pulaski QBBQ is an Uber Eats situation. Again, I am thankful for Max and how he was able to help me out.
