Don’t use the Uber app to order from them.
Paid $43 for an order, called both them and uber for the order that was 2 hours late (despite being 10min away)
And then lying it was delivered to uber.
Absolutely insane.
Back and forth 3xs each with uber and this store.
Disgusting and out of $43

Ordered a pizza and it was never delivered. I tried to call and ask about it and the guy just keeps hanging up. Rude staff. Paid $40 and didn't get any pizza.

Pretty bad pizza. I don't know how this got a 4.1. Way too expensive for the product. They're open very late. That tells you something...😐

I ordered a vegan pizza and vegan garlic bread for delivery. The delivery time was 30 minutes tops. Over an hour later, I still hadn’t received the food, and the delivery app stated Sarpinos was still preparing my food. This was a personal 8 inch pizza. There’s restaurants near me that do big deep dish pizzas in far less time. Never ordering from here again!

Ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza last night on 8/13 at 830pm, for delivery. It arrived within 30 minutes. Two hours later I was violently ill. The worst food sickness I've had in long time. Almost went to the ER at 1am. Had nothing to eat prior to the pizza. I've ordered Sarpino's from LaGrange location many times, never gotten sick before.

Today around 1pm ordered a large cheese Pizza for the 9.99 special. when I went there, she charged me regular price. When I asked why she got very rude with me, yelled and said not to come back because I was supposed to tell her that I wanted the deal before.And if I didn't tell her she can't put it in there or adjust. She's a very rude woman with glasses, and her mouth is turned sideways. She also over baked the pizza and it tastes gross.

This has been my go-to for pizza since 2018. The pizzas are generally really nice - much better than the mainstream ones - but they don't always get it right, and they don't do a good job of making it right when they get it wrong

Recently, delivery is consistently much later than promised - 40 minutes past the promised time is not unusual, and very frustrating.

But they're still the best pizza out there, and all I can hope is that they get on top of the delivery delays because we're paying a handsome premium over this other options..

The girl with the nice winged eyeliner, brown hair, and braids is an absolute sweetheart and you are lucky to have her working for you.

Ordered take out and was unfortunately disappointed with my order. I did not receive any sauce with my order, even though one was picked when ordering. It doesn't appear that any of the adjustments I made in the online ordering website were actually applied. Luckily, the changes were just for preference, so I was still able to eat the food, but I was just frustrated to not get what I ordered. I have ordered this exact meal at other Sarpino's locations before and gotten exactly what I requested. Just frustrated with this location as this has happened before here.

We recently got pizza and chicken wings from this place. You can order from their website and delivery is free.

In the past, we have got them yo deliver pizza for birthday party. Highly recommended

there was a caucasian lady, tall, long hair with a braid that clearly does NOT need to be in a business where she deals with customers. i have never ever seen such a mean individual. she was yelling at someone, claims she was the boss, refused to give her name. Does NOT no how to deal with customers in a professional manner…YELLING at someone from the top of her lungs to get OUT!
