Quick lunch here. The garden bacon & Brie Sandwich and cubano sandwich are both awesome! 20 min in and out. Check it out if you are in town!

I visited for a private event, not public hours.
The service was prompt and helpful beyond expectations. Each course was served simultaneously to all tables, and more than enough food for the headcount present was provided — no one risked going hungry.
All of the food was excellent. I'm unsure how much say the host vs the restaurant had in the specific menu served, but the variety of styles and flavors was exceptional. Everything was seasoned wonderfully and cooked to near perfection. I especially adored the green beans, which, while warm and clearly cooked, were still crispy enough to feel fresh and seasoned simply with garlic and Parmesan.

This quick and fun sandwich shop that’s adjacent to Milkstop has plentiful options, quick service, and decent food. I think my sandwich could have used more seasoning/flavor, but I would come back and try something else another time no doubt.

Comin from the city,, I was worried I would not be able to find a legit sandwich shop. That all changed when I tried West Side for lunch... this might be the best place to get a sandwich in the western burbs. If you haven't tried this place yet then don't waste any more time.
Best sandwich spot in La Grange!
Went to West Side for lunch on their opening day Friday. It's a sandwich spot by day and event space by evening next door and connected to Milkstop Cafe (same owners). In typical Milkstop Cafe fashion, the sandwich was very flavorful. I had the Benjamin Buford Blue (Buffalo shrimp po'boor) with a bag of chips and fountain soda.I'm definitely excited to have a new lunch and sandwich spot in LG and another food option for the West End in general. Looking forward to trying the pizza and more sandwiches. It looks like a great spot to host an event at, too!
