Nice entryway. I was greeted immediately upon walking in & seated right away. The waitress (Annie) was nice and prompt. The restaurant was clean.I ordered the Alaskan Roll with Miso Soup & Edamame. I ordered shrimp fried rice to go. Everything was fresh and came out quickly. The rolls were thick and meaty. The meal was accompanied by wasabi, soy sauce and chop sticks. However, the sushi doesn't need sauce or any additional items. It was delicious. The fried rice is some of the best I've tasted.Parking: Free, but limited parking on the street.

Discovered this restaurant through other Yelpers. Located in downtown Lagrange, parking is street parking. The entrance is shared with another restaurant. The inside is gorgeous! Service was great from all employees that we encountered (hosts, server, food runners) On day of my visit, they had restaurant week special. The presentation of the sushi was pretty. They designed the rolls and put flowers on the plates - nice touch. Good thing about this restaurant: if someone in your group doesn't like sushi, they also have hibachi items and appetizers. Give them a try!
Woow saved my night! I had a different restaurant cancel my reservation last minute, so we quickly headed to Woow on a whim and they sat us right away and had great friendly service all around. Thanks Woow! Yum! ?

During my recent visit to WOOW in La Grange I encountered a situation that was poorly handled by the restaurant manager. My group of 3 waiting over an hour and a half for our food with a pre-arranged reservation. Instead of addressing the problem professionally and promptly, the restaurant manager was dismissive, unprofessional and straight up rude. The other customers in front and behind us were served before us, Even though we were sat down before them. When we asked for some type of compensation, we were only given 10%... The lack of empathy left a sour taste in our mouths. It's disappointing when management fails to uphold the standards of customer service expected in the hospitality industry. We will not be returning

The service is horrible they're too unorganized. It doesn't matter if you make a reservation or not they will literally leave you sitting down waiting because they cant keep track of their orders. They had us waiting almost two hours for an order that took 15 mins to serve (4 rolls) and didn't even apologize or offer some type of compensation. That would not have been as bad if their wide faced twink manager didn't come up to our table and try telling us we didn't make a reservation when we did and the issue wasn't even about that.. wide pig you will spend your final days rolling together rice and tuna!!

The food is so good just pricey. Sushi is delicious. My kids like the orange chicken and chicken teriyaki. The fried rice is so good.
