Foremost, this is THEE BEST place of its kind across many counties; I’d venture to say further but I haven’t had em’ all. We got platter of pork ribs that were monstrous and delicious with a heap of brisket that was tender and tasty with or without the sauce. Everything, from sauce to sides, mac ‘n’ cheese, greens, and baked beans were exceptional.
Couldn’t find a hang up or loose end. The owner was kind and neighborly. Would drive well out of the way for more.
Delicious BBQ. Simple but mouth watering delicious. I've been here a week and eaten here FOUR times. I really also like the Mac and cheese, baked beans, and corn bread. I never have room for dessert, but I hear they are homemade and delicious. Sit outside and enjoy a lovely view of the river while the kids play on the playground.
Edit: Dessert varies by the day, today I had peach cobbler and homemade ice cream, and it was soooo good!
