Customer service has gone way down. I’ve come here for years and travel in on occasion from out of state. The past 12 months has shown a drastic change. Owners are never there now, and owners and the staff are kind but not personable. They use to sell the experience and could again. But they’ve got to get that small town, family and friends relationship back.
It’s very “business”. You can get good coffee and food anywhere, but to get a good experience with staff that care about loyal raving customers is rare and this use to be it. They can have what no other big chain has, but it’s clearly not focused where it should be.

Carter is a phenomenal worker and makes the best drinks, I recommend him, he is fast with his service and has always made my drinks amazingly!!!! 10/10 would recommend!! Especially Carter!

Cute little town coffee shop. Had the best cinnamon roll ever had... he frosted it fresh from the oven. Monkey business iced coffee was super yummy also. Quaint small town charm, wooden floors, neat ice cream flavors, lunch and breakfast food items. Friendly staff

Was a little skeptical at first just because there's so many different coffee shops around here, but this one definitely stands out. Good customer service. They exceeded my expectations. Coffee has that actual coffee taste their caramel didn't taste cheap. Not too sweet overall. Five out of five would recommend to family and friends. Keep up the good work

Had a closing in town and needed coffee. I decided on the Turtle Iced Coffee and it was delish! Very cute place and very reasonable prices!
The Coffee Hub is the BEST coffee shop in central IL!!! I love coming here with my friends, family, or even by myself to catch up on some work. The staff is always so kind and helpful. If you are looking for a coffee shop to enjoy, The Coffee Hub is amazing!!

I ordered a large hot white mocha; however, I realized after I had already left that it wasn't hot or warm at all. It was cold, but no ice, almost like they just dumped cold milk over espresso without steaming it first.

Great atmosphere and awesome Friendly staff, but the cappuccino was very watery and tasteless. Even with added extra cream the coffee felt like normal sweet hot water
